I would recommend go ahead and file for C09 and than you can expedite it as you are running into financial hardship. You will get it faster than normal time.

Yes you can rent PO Box and use that as ur mailing address in all ur mails from USCIS while your i360 is being processed.

That's true. You have to wait for some time. VAWA is a long way to walk. You can't take BUS or TRAIN to reach the destination.
