Thank you. In my application I included the affidavit of support. I also make enough money now so I am wondering if it will still be relevant.

Hi dear, 

yes that is correct. However, please keep in mind that I am not a VAWA even though I still fall under I-360 category. I am applying as the widow of a US citizen. Maybe that is why my case seems faster than others.

My dear they will asked all the questions on your I-485 form. They may also asked you others personal questions, Marriage date, current and previously address with decease spouse,  travel history etc. Widower base I-485 have a high chance of having their interview exonerate. Hope it is your case.

my I- 360 has been approved since last month. In addition, my interview has been scheduled ans it is around the corner. I am applying as a widow and just don’t know what type of question they ask to self petioner or what I should expect. If anyone can help I will appreciate it. Widow cases are very rare and can’t find much informations in the thread.

I-485 is its own petition, you have to prove everything all over again when you apply.  Also, past information prior to VAWA is looked at.

Well if I-360 is already approved isn’t it enough to justify that the petitioner/ beneficiary has proved bona fide mariage, qualify for the benefit?

But on my 485, I've had 2 (one for birth cert before my interview was scheduled and other was divorce copy with employment letter+paystubs after my interview last December). I first received a RFE back in October and I my uscis account stated that they sent me a new Request for additional evidence today. Should I worry? Is it a bad sign ?

Well expedite initially is when you have an emergency that’s why they required evidence for the request. I made an expedite myself and it was successful I already received my combo card.
