Here is what I replied to a similar question a few days ago - In general if applying at 3 yrs , the documentation to be sent with the application is more complex. I don't know about the photos , but it cannot hurt to send them in if he has them, or make sure he brings them to the interview, your choice.

* You may want to list evidence per the above separation - financial and social -
 
* Attach the check at the front so they see it right away.
 
* Put your A# on all pieces of paper you send in.

Why would you allow a young girl to marry someone that may be deported and then have to face DIVORCE or whose kids may never see their father or God only knows what ???!!!

there is no mandatory way to send it in - it is all "recommended" - more so for the easiness of use once they get it - if you used staples they will just have to un-staple it , if you didn't label it , they will need to match the docs ....no harm done ...
if all your documents are there they will review them just as well - they are not punishing anyone for being messy ( not saying you are...) - it just makes the process faster if they are sent per their recommendations...

you can take your naturalization certificate, your travel plans / reservations and make an appointment at a Passport agency - they can issue your passport within 24 hours.
if you are within 2 weeks of your oath date and travel date, you can even book the appointment ahead of time so you can save the slot.

Received my Passport Book today, took 21 days without expedited service.  Still waiting for Naturalization Certificate.  I already registered to vote, now I just have to update SSA and Global Entry info.

Thanks!  It is kind of weird that this whole thing is really coming to an end.

Hey There just wanted to give an update,
We had our interview with a nice lady who she herself was an immigrant, and it was incredibly easy. She had us both take an oath and then asked some very rudimentary "legal" questions such as:
Ever been apart of a terrorist group
Ever been deported
Ever been a drug trafficker
Ever tortured someone 
etc
 
Then she asked how we met, looked through our package (Which she gave us a lot of compliments on stating we had WAAAAAAAAY too much and that it was refreshing to see someone take this meeting seriously) The only things she wanted extra was a copy of MY insurance card and both our debit cards but only the front. 
We talked a little bit about how applicants reactions give her more legitimacy for their case and how its intertwined with job satisfaction for her. 
Then we chit chatted about the current political climate a bit, the difference between California and East Coast interview styles regarding Race, and then done.  She got on the phone, called someone for a form, then looked at us and said "Oh by the way, if you didnt guess from the call, youre approved for conditional green card." 
She came off like someone I would hang out with in general. And my husband, who is shy with strangers, warmed up to her very quickly. 
And now for a the year and 9 month vacation before we apply to remove the conditional!

It's half & half. About 25 states allow first cousin marriage. Lol, forgive my ignorance, I was always associate cousin marriage with hillbilly & midwest states .... until it occurred to me & I looked up the law. Turn out, California is the land of cousin marriage

@candybabe Congratulations!  Interesting, my journey from filing to oath was exactly 254 days as well.

The N-400 application process lasted 254 days.
My journey to arrive at the red finish line lasted 4090 days -
It could have been much faster, but I took my good time (7 years) before finally applying for citizenship - applied for Passport at the Stamford Passport Agency and got it the next day.
 
This forum has been a beacon of light in some dark times and I cannot thank everyone enough - for sharing stories, advice and encouragements along the way- Thank you !

The N-400 application process lasted 254 days.
My journey to arrive at the red finish line lasted 4090 days -
It could have been much faster, but I took my good time (7 years) before finally applying for citizenship - applied for Passport at the Stamford Passport Agency and got it the next day.

Unless you are as fast as speedy gonzales and got a speeding ticket for running, then yes it is a traffic violation, so you do not need to answer yes as a result of it..

address change notification is not applied to naturalized citizen. you are free now and graduated from USCIS academy.
