    I postponed and canceled everything was preparing for a year for the wedding for the second time .. this time well not set a date until we get an interview date …. Its so frustrating for both my fiancé and me …

    I had a big hope to have more approval this week but it seems like I was wrong ….

    Come one VSC … you really depressing people here …

    Any way I’m sorry guys I just feel down today … my fiancé is shopping for house , phoned me today and he was crying and I was crying too …. Every time he calls me he says” I miss you “ …. I really don’t want to here this word anymore … I don’t want to miss him anymore ….

    Well I just wish you guys all the best :thumbs: … I was in church the other day and I swear I pried for all of us here ….

    Since it appears you haven't actually gotten the K-1/K-2, you also have an option of "follow to join" for the K-2. The K-2 visa then just needs to be received within a year of the K-1 and would then have another 6 months to enter the US on that visa.

    If you wish to do this then you would just notate that on the forms you provide to the Embassy at your K-1 interview so that the K-2 is not issued at the same time as the K-1.

    ETA: You didn't mention their ages but the above is with the presumption the children are young.

    If I go with the “follow to join “ from which stage will we start from …. Is it will so hard for me to do long distance paper work ….. can someone from my family follow up with their papers work

    HI guys ....need help on this

    I applied for my kids K2 Visa. With my k1 … of course still waiting for NOA 2 …

    There father want them to sty in UK for anther school year ….

    My question is

    If the Visa stamped in their passports same time as I am, what length of time do they have as maximum to which they have to travel to the US before it is expired? How long do they have in terms of time whereby they follow me to the states? :thumbs:
