    Good morning guys , the weekend already ,we called our lawyer , she told us that she is SURE , that must of May filers will get approved starting this week , I really hope that is true , well we gone a very long way and we almost there .

    Next week is our celebrations week :dance:

    I'm wondering what makes her so sure? What's is this based on? I sincerely want this to be true, but just was wondering how she got this "inside information"?

    Well personally I don’t know how she got the inside information . and she is a lawyer she must had so many approval already for her clients … that is why she is sure we will be next . I just heard that and I had that big smile on my face …. … …. We will see this week …. if that not true ……she is fired … :angry:

    You are assuming she has inside information. I doubt it, but who knows? I hope she is right.

    As I have said before, when I start seeing a lot more NOA2's per week I will get enthused. Until then I am in the pessimistic category. I have not seen any evidence or heard any plausible theories that lead me to conclude that things will pick up dramatically as some seem to believe. :(

    Here are the latest summary stats. The July "surge" in petitions is starting to be evident, but it does not appear to be huge at this point.

    A July 13 filer from CSC got approved on MONDAY????? Alright, so...are we on the same page???? :unsure: What's the deal with cubans applications?

    I dunno. Annette's big news inspired me to call and try the RFE trick. I got a very nice, wonderful helpful lady who gave me some not very nice, not so wonderful, unhelpful news. She said that my case has still not been assigned. Gave me the ol' "If you look on the website, we're currently processing February cases, so it could still be a couple of months. Not to get your hopes up, but some cases are getting processed a bit quicker than that." :crying: Now, I know that's a stock answer, so I didn't get too upset by the timeline she quoted. BUT.... I would've thought our case would have at least been assigned to someone by now. :(

    Just called USCIS using RFE trick because I am impatient and could not wait any longer and found out we were APPROVED on May 18! :dancing: I was so shocked I made her repeat it twice. She said the NOA2 was generated and should be arriving soon. I am so HAPPY! I cannot even beleive it!

    Thanks SO much gang for being my support system and being there for me with your good thoughts and prayers. You guys are the best!

    My hands are shaking so much I can't type. And where the HELL is my finace?? I can't get a hold of him!
