    Whatever the case is...VCS or CSC...just get us the %^$&* NOA2'S!!!!!!!!!

    Byron-Leidy i do finally understand you! I haven’t seen my fiancée for two weeks and I’m going crazy (he is the same way). Wish you luck, both of you! Our time is comming!

    2 weeks …. Well I really feel for you guys …. We just went throw 6 month deployment , and now with the K1 haven’t seen him for the past 5 month …. So it almost a year now …. We really need some mercy …. But I’m sp optimistic and all this will be past very soon … just hold on guys almost there :thumbs:

    AAAHHHHHH! We just got an actual *touch* :dance: I thought I was seeing things so I refreshed the page! And yep, it is an actual touch! I haven't even called them yet so it's an actual touch! I am all about smiling at least they are doing something with it...now will it be an approval or RFE? We shall see!

    so happy to come back from a couple days away for work and out of the office and read about all of the good news!!!!!! I would ahve preferred if you all were from VSC but won't be choosy! Congrats congrats!!

    I'm also really happy to know that some may filers are getting approved!!!!

    My case is at VSC and they receive it on May 9, after it was touched on May 15 and nothing happened since then, they haven't asked for any evidence. Today is August 17 and it's been 101 days!!!! I'm going craaaaazzzyy! I can't take anymore!!!! :crying:

    I'd like to do the RFE trick but I don't have it really clear.....what number do I need? I read in other page that someone posted a phone number with the steps but what do I have to say?

    I know my case is at VSC....and I called twice before to check on the status but I've called USCIS to this number (800) 375 – 5283 ....Does VSC has a phone number???

    Me and my fiancé just got back from a year deployment it was so hard for us both because we ware in 2 different countries .. the hardest part was the communications we lost communication for almost 3month with each other …

    And guess what as soon as we get married he will go back again …but I don’t mind its all for the sake of our safety and our futures …..

    To those people who have already ordered their police certificate, what's involved with that? How do you order one? I didn't know you could do it ahead of time.

    Adam is from England, if that makes a difference for any responses.

    They don't expire or anything, do they? It's okay to get it dated for September or whatever even though (most likely) Adam's interview won't be till December?

    the police certificate's Good for 12 month in the UK ... sont worry about .. i got mine 2 month ago ... and he can get from his local police station , here is the link for more infmormation.... the form called 'Subject Access' it will take about 4 to 6 weeks to obtain it ...
