Even with the VSC …. We still waiting …

My kids 4 an 7 years old will follow to Join , after a school year , they will be with their father in another country Not in the UK with me …

The thing is I don’t have my NOA2 yet and they need to go back to their father … school will start pretty soon in that country

My questions are..

1. dose the kids need to attend the interview and the medical too

2. if they get the visa with me … they only have 6 month to be in the US right ?

3. or is it year if they get the visa same time

so sorry guys I’m just so confused about it ….
