Ohh Mirla you such sweetheart … am in USA now visiting my guy , as soon as I got the email I was like , I must tell you guys to cheer you up , and to give you hope this approval is coming real soon now ,
I called my fiancé at work his a LT in US Navy , and he was driving ship on the time and I was scrumming on the phone , we got approved , we got approved , he was like honey honey calm down I cant hear you , then toke a big breath and told him we got the email just now , he was scramming his head off and telling every body on the ship we have been approved , yeah its like they know what his talking about ….

Is anyone else feeling like absolute sh*t at the moment?
Ever since I came back from my visit, I just can't seem to raise I smile. It's ridiculous. I get my hopes up about hearing something and then nothing, and all my hopes come crashing down again.
I can't believe how slow this process has become. I know that everyone else is in the same situation and probably feels exactly the same as I do... But I can't even get excited about other peoples good fortune anymore.. And that is something that I really don't want to be doing
It really piss*s me off that there is ABSOLUETLY nothing we can do about it either. It piss*s me off that that my WHOLE f'ing future is in the hands of the USCIS and that they just don't seem to give a sh*t about anyone. Wonder how they would like it?

Btw I traveled the same day as you to US to visit my fiancé and am still with him … am not leaving until this NOA2 get to our house in Birmingham ….. well still have another 80 days on my visa hopefully it will be there by then

why am I off the list ...
I changed the algorithm significantly. I now only show VSC filers here who have a NOA1 within 1 year but have updated their timeline within 3 months. First on all congratulations to NORA AND RYAN!
Yes, there are some earlier and that happens sometime as we all know. I will feel a lot better when I see a NOA 2 from VSC where the petitioner is not military. I spent 20 years in the military and I know military get priority service from USCIS many times. I do not disagree with them doing that for many reasons, but I am just saying I will be a lot more excited when I see VSC give another one to a non-military/non expedited couple. My senator's office called me today to respond to my letter. They told me they are getting quite a few letters and the more that come in, the more chance to influence a change. They also agreed to investigate the issue some more. They also agreed with the earfull I gave them on the poor communication and unreasonable 6mo time for K1/K3 processing versus other types of VISAs that have much shorter processing times and the fact that we are not given the opportunity like some other types of VISAs for expedited processing. I won't hold my breath for instant change, but the more of us that write, the more chance to make a difference. Good luck to everyone on getting their NOA 2 sooner rather than later.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank every one of you guys , you made me feel that I have a big loving family , even though I don’t have a big family …. Thank you so much … there was a days which I use to cry infornt of the computer seen people who Failed on July and getting approved same month … I was like that is so unfair for us for each one of us here who has been witting … that use to depress me so much , and to be honest I didn’t find any answer why was that …. Even though this people NOT a Military member , or they are special case ..
Been in a military it doesn’t change or even make different in your case …and if you guys look at my time line …. That is 125 DAYS … so where is the it shows that we been approved earlier because we are a military … and to make you even feel better he just got back from 6 month deployment and guess what he might be sent any time soon and we chose not to use this to get us approved faster then anyone here because its not fare for everyone failed before us ,
So am really sorry that we got approved earlier then some of the guys here believe we don’t know why and we have nothing to do with it .
Plus am really happy right now I got to get married to my man and spend sometimes with him before he get sent back for another deployment ..
Am praying for all of you guys my thoughts are with all of you .
