I know you might get annoyed by so many questions but can you share the nikkahnama picture that she took with her with your details cut off. It will be a huge help to all of us who are waiting to make sure we don't take the wrong one.

As of 01/21/2021, my wife's CEAC status has moved from Ready to Administrative Processing.  She was not given a 221g or asked for any documents at the time of the interview.  Just more waiting 😕 

Please let us know once your status changes to issued

It is still showing as ready. Given that the interview was only a few hours ago I don’t expect it to change today.

 my husband told them he wants the interview in urdu but they still made him take it in english!
 
They just asked few easy questions and checked few of the documents .. Alhamdulilah this long journey is over for me!!

Hi, Just to help you make correct estimates April 24th is already scheduled for December 28th, And April 25th and 26th was weekend so there are no DQs on weekend. They will start scheduling from April 27th now. April 27th-30th are the only 4 days left in April.

I really hope you are right, but that's what I think because if they wanted to, they scheduled the entire April almost till 23rd, So would have easily done the last 7 days too but they didn't which means that they didn't plan to do so for now. 
But you shouldn't be worried much because if you receive it now, the interview most probably will be end of December and if you get it in December interview will be very early in January because you are first in line. So it would hardly create a difference of 1-2 weeks only.

I think they are gonna schedule late April cases with may now. I don't want to disappoint you but if they wanted to schedule it in December they would have sent interview letters that day, which means they are planning to do it in January. So, you will most probably receive interview letter in mid December and your interview will be early January

I'm no expert, but I know one thing that they are not doing things the usual way. There are chances they might contact you this month for the interview. But for the interview if you have an optimistic approach, then end of December or beginning of Jan. Latest might be mid Jan for you considering that things remain like this. 

Fully agreed, being with your spouse at the time of interview can only prove things more thn making it difficult. As long as you have proof of domicile you are good

The whole idea of the immigration interview is to prove that your marriage is bona fide. If anything request visits from your spouse should validate it more. We should be prepared for everything, but considering the current events overthinking and spiralling is worse. Things will happen when they happen. 

@2019 what's the interview date for 23rd April DQ?

Yep I saw April, 23rd getting scheduled too. So, 23rd is the latest scheduled for now

I think status changes after they send interview letter and yes they are sending letters by email

April Dqs received their interview letter today. The latest date that I saw getting scheduled was April, 21st. If anyone later then that date receives interview letter please update here

NVC process help 

Honestly - I don’t think this is accurate to say 2 - 2.5 years. The March DQ’s are from 130’s filed anywhere from March 2019 to June 2019. So unless the Uscis process was long - even with this time frame I assume 18 months is average with COVID and likely 20 months on the high side. We are almost all in the position. All you April’s are waiting for IL. Let’s be hopeful. I feel Wednesday will be a bright day. Today and tomorrow they’ve cancelled NIV interviews. I would assume it’s the same with IV ones. I will keep hopes that beginning Wednesday IL’s for April should begin. Let’s pray for the best!

The source i asked someone in my personal contact..used to job there...no he is retired..he asked the present employee there about this as i told him to ask what's happening there...he said there are many student visa students there along with immigrant cases...he told me that it's likely to call th june Dqs in between mid November to 20 December...before that that it can be April or may... it's quite chance to not too long list between these months..
