Many of you remember me. I had a 204c FRAUD CHARGE on my I-130 that came last March 2021 while my i360 was pending already. even @sandranj gave me less than 1% chance. Many people here encouraged me but gave me less chance since I had a fraud charge

I received NOID on my i360 last November asking me a list of things that seemed impossible (I posted my  NOID notice here) but I tried to gather proofs. Sent response to NOID on January 31, 22 and today booooommmm card production.  Applied i360 October, 2019.

I am on the move. I am not home and do not have the letter with me. Request for evidence for sure as the title of the letter . 

next line is medicals. before then i letters stating i was deficient in medicals.

my uscis account never updated at all, i just got letter from the attorney. it started updating from the ordered new card, all the previous updates were uscis letters. Dallas

i recieved my green card and approval notice about a week , i have received the approval notice , this morning , i see this update could this be a glitch> i tried to request for it but it will not me let me submit , i get an error we do not have the records for the form you selected . @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj  Thank you

you will see the outside of normal processing times with ! Symbol on it . When you click on it scroll to the bottom you have to fill in your details . Receipt number and all your information . I tried a couple of times most times it will not let me submit and has a banner at the top that my case was not outside processing time . I was successful doing that online once

Sorry I meant to say I mailed it to Vermont through DHL next day delivery not fax please . I asked for fax number on here no one had it . I believe you can only send letter to Vermont . That is the only way to communicate with them . Please send a letter and add all your supporting documents . I wish you all the best and you are always welcome

Hi Zizi , I wrote a letter explaining I will experience financial hardship . Also explained I was on my extension and it will expire in 16 days as well as my DL. I stated my employer has informed me I will have to stop working if I do not get the card on or before 10/17.  I did the expedite request online and that night it was assigned to an officer immediately but there was no progress. A member of this forum advised me how he did his and I faxed all my receipt notice , vawa approval notice , communications from my employer , my dL license , my bills , car note , my pay check to Vermont.I actually sent it by DHL next day delivery . This is after I had asked Senator , congressman and ombudsman help more than 7 times @a1d1 helped me on this . Thank you @a1d1

@sandranj thank you and today my status changed to card being produced. Very nerve wrecking situation to be in . Hopefully my EAD get here by 10/17. Pheeew

I do not think you can fax to vermont since you have VAWA.

I would say reach out to your senator and ombudsman. 

In addition to that get a letter from your employer and mail those to USCIS.

Thank you. i thought so too. i whave reached out to my senator again. i reached out to ombudsman as well you have  to wait 90 days before you can follow up again with ombudsman. reached out to my senator yesterday asking for update. i will mail the letter and email from my employer to vermont in the morning. thank you

I feel so depressed right now , i sent in renewal for my EAD december 2020. when i was on my extension i had to ask my congressman for help, he responded back that they were backlogged and Vermont was approving EADs for September , back in june, i inquired again and he stated still on september approval by August i inquired again , still on september 2020 approvals. I explained i will face hardship as my employer has began to request for update on my EAD. The out of processing time will not let me submit a request until 09/28/2021 . Only after that did i see an update that it was assigned to an office to give a response why my EAD is taking very long. I sent in another request to my congressman again to inquire why it is taking this long. waiting on their response. My employer will ask me to stop on 10/17/2021and my driver license will expire at that time too.  which is not their fault and i do understand, no company wants to be penalized . This is so very frustrating and mentally draining. I cannot concentrate at work. 

my uscis account does not update , i just get correspondences in the mail on my cases. I have chatted with live agents , they only see what i see (old updates) and say it is a known issue and Uscis is working to fix it. I sent in rfe for medicals , the system does not update if it was received, i keep checking my uscis account as if my breath depends on it . i just wish the sytem can be a little faster for us all.

Good morning.Please who knows the Congress man for Texas. My C31 EAD is over 5 and 1/2 months. not heard anything no movement. I will like to contact the Congressman to help me inquire what is happening . I also do not  know  the process , i just wanna try. Anyone? Thank you

yeah I  remember i saw a comment about yours on someone's response but the way he kept arguing , i had to hold on , get clarity  from here before moving on. i will just put my foot on the ground and insist it has to be Vermont. Thank you son much  @Stillwinning!!!😊 grateful

Unless you're in removal proceedings and will be filing I-485 with the court, then the procedure is different. You send a copy of the form and filing fee to a special lockbox in Mesquite, TX (do not include anything else, just form and check). They'll issue you a receipt notice and you will submit the complete I-485 packet w/ the receipt to the judge and serve a copy upon ICE office of chief counsel. Afterwards if you want an EAD or/and AP you will send those to Chicago Lockbox with evidence that you filed I-485 with court.

 

Regarding the money orders/checks as long as they add up to the full amount it's fine. So you can do one for $1000 and second for $225.

good morning all, I have a question, after vawa approval notice is received, where do i send my i485 application? Vermont? was speaking to my  attorney assistant who does the filing he said he will send it to NBC. Told him I am not sure that is correct. @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj and any other person that can help me answer this. I will greatly appreciate it.

secondly will the money order for the fee be separated? 1-$1000 and the balance on a separate money order? I have never done it before so pardon my ignorance Thank you and I do hope you all have a great day
