"You're good", usually means the same as you're approved. Everybody is Administrative Processing after a visa interview. Printing, affixing the visa to the passport also falls under "AP".

I wouldn't worry. No visa is actually approved on the spot. All cases go through administrative processing. Some take longer than others. Just watch the CEAC status for the change to "Issued"........good luck.
