Well, the interview is Monday just a few days away. Yes, I still plan to accompany her to the interview. She has not been out of the country but a few weeks within the last several years (we visit the in-laws a couple weeks every two years) and has not been in trouble with the law. Still paln to take a few support papers (everything requested on the interview notice plus a couple other stuff mentioned here).

Notice, You do not need to submit any Documintations if the Fine was Less than $500 .. Is this the best way to avoid a question "Why you did not write it in the application" Yes there's some people who did not write it there, and they werent asked about it. and there's some people did not write it there and they were asked about it. So as i said to avoid the question. always be honest and do the right thing.

Now according to what u have Checked with Yes. you will be receiving a Yellow Letter from USCIS before u go to the Interview it stated. That you said on ur application u were arrested. and they will ask you to bring some DOC's .. Dont worry about this Notice. Unless you were arrested, then YES you have too. but i am talking about the Tickets.

Hi, you dont need to send them with ur Application. but always good to have them ready. JUST IN CASE. So Call IRS. and ask them to send them to u via mail or Fax them to you. by mail maybe u have to wait 1 to 2 weeks to receive them, or so. same day by fax. i am talking to Call IRS and request. Tax Transcript.

If 5 Year Rule, Why the IO asking you to send more DOC's, He's weird. But i think he wanted to know, that you got ur Green Card while ur Marriage was Good. in other words. You were Married on a Good Faith.

Well Yes what you have is enough. Even if u dont have to submit some Birthday Cards

In this case Dont ever bother urself Making Infopass. If you still worried Call USCIS or their Number when u get Customer Service. tell them I want to talk to a 2nd Officer. they have to transfer you to 2nd Officer. then that one should be able to tell u about ur Case, by even giving him/her ur A#. because 2nd officer has access to some informations more than the Customer Service,

I had citizenship interview a couple of weeks ago and IO gave me N-14 after passing the interview.

I need to prove send documentations to support bona fide marriage (I am now divorced)

Here is what I have so far:

1) Joint bank account (2004- 2007)

2) Joint club membership

3) Joint Fed and state tax returns (2004-2006)

4) Joint health insurance policy

5) Student loans (both names)

6) Auto insurance both names (2004-2007)

7) Joint Mutual fund account

8) Pictures together

9) Affidavit support letter from 2 friends

Any feedback would be appreciated!

you filed on a based of marriage to a USC? or 5 Year Rule?

Yes, you will need to send your divorce paper as well.

Well, if u filing on a based of marriage to a USC, then Yes 3 years.

If u filing on 5 year Rule. then let me ask u again. have you ever taking a trip lasted 6 months or More? if the Answer Yes. then you need to submit 5 Years of Tax returns. But, if u never left the country or ur trip it Did not last 6 months. then Dont need to submit any.

My interpretation of it... not to disclose if it was under $500. So I did not disclose my tickets. IO asked me, I said it was under $500, he asked if it was just speeding ticket and I said yes, and he moved on.

When it says Have you ever been cited. That tells alot. Yes write it better for you, it will do no harm for u at all. Yes.. under $500 dont have to submit any documantations. but it never said on the Instruction not to mention it.

What was complication with your N-400 case due to disclosing traffic ticket?

1- Speeding Ticket. 2- When and Where. 3- $250 FINE and paid.

it's always good to mention this things. i did as alot of people here in Vj's did. By getting a ticket for not stopping a stop sign it will effect u getting ur Citizenship.

Just be prepare, and go to the DMV. and get ur Driver Record . it cost $5. and have all ur Tickets ready just in case.

Thank you for all your replies I will keep it posted! I got panic because that was the first thing IO said to me "I don't think you will get approved today" (after I asked about the ceremony process)

peobably the reason he said that, because he wants some more Papers thats all.

Just relax. and the good news i can see is. he asked for more papres. which it means that everything went well except 1 thing he wants to be added to ur file.

Hello, Sorry to hear that. But as i read u werent denied, the IO was asking for more DOCs to Prove that ur Marriage was in a good faith. Just try to gather some documents u have and send it to them. including the one u sent. because some IO. needs extra pair of glasses. u send them the papers they need, and they back ask for it again.

as i said u werent Denied. but i call this Dely. So plz send the DOCs they requested within 30 Days.

Hello, Did he check the Form N-652,with you Passed the English Test and Congratulations you have been recommanded for approval? If Yes. then you Good. and u suppose to receive ur Oath letter soon. but no one can help u with the time. it depends , like here In san diego, we have oath ceremony almost every month, some people have to wait month or over. for their Oath ceremony. and some days. as i said it depends.
