  1. Thank you very much for your Answers. that's exactly what i want to know. because i thought after becoming a U.S. Citizen i will not be able to have another Citizenship of any country in the world. otherwise i will lose my U.S. citizenship. So i was totally wrong.

    once again thanks alot.

  2. Hello everybody.

I got question regarding getting a new Citizenship.

Well. I am a U.S Citizen. with a Jordanian Passport. My parents are Jordanians too but they were born in Palestine, So i believe i can get a Palestinian Passport thru them. Plus my Spouse American Italian and for sure i can get an Italian Citizen as well.

Now my question is. for a U.S. citizen like me, can i have another 2 passports with no problems or losing my U.S. Citizenship? I really don't know about this things so that's why i am. because i read somewhere for a U.S. citizen can keep his/her old citizenship that he/she has it before, But after becoming a U.S. Citizen you can not have any Citizen after that or your U.S. Citizenship will be taken away from you? Is this true?

    Thank you very much.

  3. M-477 Form says this

Documents referring to you and your spouse:

    a. Tax returns, bank accounts, leases, mortgages, or birth certificates of children; OR

    b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS)-certified copies of the income tax forms that you both filed for the past 3 years; OR

    c. An IRS tax return transcript for the last 3 years.

Referring to letter A, we have 2 years of tax returns, bank account statements, and a lease. (I shouldn't need 3 years of tax returns right?) because it says "OR" in bold?

Hi, Yes you need 3 Years of Tax return. if on a based of marriage to a USC. about OR it could be for the one who is applying on a 5 Year rules. in that case he/she has to bring 5 Years of Tax return, if he/she had a trip outside of the country lasted 6 months and more. otherwise no need .

  4. Now the big question is missing an answer lol

    1) Do we need to get a tax transcript for 2008? (we didn't file because of really low income)

we have 1040 tax returns from 2009 and 2010

The answer is. (3 Years of Tax returns are reqired by the USCIS)

and i believe you still can file for 2008, even if u did not make enough. So if i am in ur shoes. i will Call IRS tomorrow morning. and tell them about ur situation, maybe they will Fax u some form to fill it out and send it back to them or maybe u can do it via Internet. this is the best thing to do. therefore. before u send ur papers. Call first . If u can get 2008 even if u did not make enough. and it worked. then Dont send the Tax Returns with ur papers, wait till you get them all (3 Years) and take them with u to ur Interview.

this if u in a hurry and want to send ur papers. but if u want to wait for 2008 tax return to come. then u can wait for it and when u receive 2008 Tax return add it to the package and send them all.

    Please wait for better answer.

  5. Hi, If you know how many days u have had outside the states. put them down, and when you go to ur Interview, try to disclose ur situation with ur Interviewer., when i went to my Interview the IO, asked me if i had been out of the country for 1 trip, i said yes. and she never was bothered to look at the stamps on my passport or anything. So if she/he ask tell her/him u have lost ur passport.

But if u cant remember how many days, then I dont know..

    Please wait for better answer.

    Question:

    1) Do we need to get a tax transcript for 2008? (we didn't file because of really low income)

    2) Do we need to make a cover letter for N-400?

Hi, I am not sure about this one )(

    1) Do we need to get a tax transcript for 2008? (we didn't file because of really low income)

you do not need Cover letter,

    Now.

    5) My U.S. Passport ==> Send Copy of ur passport. (Information Page up to the signature page) i hope u not going to send ur passport. lol

    6) Our marriage cert. Same thing here. (Send Copy not the original Document.)

    otherwise it looks good.

  7. Yes, send the I-551 stamp copy - that is proof of your PR status. The physical green card is actually an I-551 card. Write an explanation in your cover letter and include the documentation you have to support your position that it was never received. Having the passport stamp certainly lends a good deal of credibility to your circumstances. You will need to bring your passport to the interview as well.

  8. Now u are a 10 Years GC holder. If you got ur first GC thru marriage and then u applied to remove condition. also thru marriage. then u can apply 1 Year later after becoming a 10 Years GC holder. minus 90 days. Now this if u still married to the same USC. but if not. then u have to wait full 5 Years minus 90 days.
