Yes hopefully.
i called this morning the customer care and I had them transfer me to an uscis officer lol 500 minutes till I got the call back few minutes ago, Worth the whole day by keeping an eye on my phone.
the officer was polite and he managed to tell me that my case isn’t missing anything and there was an activity just yesterday on my case.
he did say they are doing there best to speed up the cases that was transferred and there was a ton of them been transferred to Vermont.

Anytime from now to 6 weeks you will get the welcome letter and start doing the dos process.

Yeah I have seen lot of cases change status like that which means case is approved. Finally you made it. Happy for you. Not today tho for me. They are still working on cases from 11th and 12th. Mine is 13th and I think it might take some more time. I just realized your PD is 14th right? Then we might get approval anytime.

I doubt it's for "criminal issues" - I don't have any criminal history or background, neither does my wife, and we were sent to Vermont too.

I miss mine too, I haven't seen her since September when she came to the UK (we went to Spain for a week also), I used to go to her every 3 months or so and spend 4 weeks there, I haven't done that since we filed because of the stories about getting through customs with a pending i-130 😕

Hello Everyone and a Happy New Year!
Been a while since we came back here as we were busy preparing for our big move.
Being a first time flyer, my partner decided to come get me to cushion the stress of traveling.
Long story short, Husband and Wife are finally together in the States!!!!.
All went well and we're looking forward to enjoying each other's company as much as we can every passing day
to make up for the lost time.
We want to use this opportunity to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your support, well wishes and prayers.
We couldn't have made it without you all.
It looked impossible from the start, but here we are talking about the first part of our journey in the past.

I urge everyone to see tables 2 and 3 of the document to see who is affected by this rule. It appears to me that the greatest effect will for those who file for Adjustment of Status.

Last time I met my wife was in September of 2019 as well. I went there for my brother in law's wedding. I was able to spend only 2 weeks there. We have to hang in there. Sometimes it is so sad guys. Hopefully they approve soon and NVC process it faster.
