Thats good to know. USCIS and NVC have given us issues since day 1. To the point that multiple senators and a congressman had to get involved. So I'm pretty messed up at this point 

Find a CPA in the USA (call them, email them, or just have a friend contact one of them). Fill out an IRS form 2848 for the CPA, and assuming your taxes were filed and accepted, the CPA can get your transcripts through a secure folder. Start to finish from the lawyer having the 2848 and getting your transcripts is about 3 days

Yes, before that, my case wasn't touched, after the inquiries, they blew me to the back with security checks, but after everyone questioning them, I belive the expedite was approved

NVC never transfered and no case updates until now

No idea, we requested an expedite, they rejected it and told me I needed to do fingerprints before an expedite could be processed. Then lawyer and senators got involved and they said it was a clerical mistake, and that my fingerprints aren't required from me in our case. 
 
Refiled the expedite with a tier 2 officer, then got an email 2 day later that it wasn't able to be done as they're doing extended background checks. Looks like they forgot about our case, and needed an excuse to prolong it after getting a lawyer inquiry, a congressional inquiry, and 2 senator inquiries. 

Ours isn't from what I understand. Wife is from Russia, living in Georgia 🇬🇪. And I'm a full blood USC

We got the same information yesterday for our case. So stupid

How accurate is this? I got my NOA1 on July 11. Wife is currently 10 weeks pregnant, and trying to get an idea of when she can come
