Hello - does anyone have a trick for printing pre-populated forms that you typed info in already? I tried printing the I-485 just now and even though the print preview has all of the typed into, it's printing blank. I reallyyyyyy don't want to hand write all of this.

Hi again - another stupid question... I'm filling out the I-864 and at the household size I'm a little confused how to fill it out. My now husband is here on K-1 and I'm working on AOS paperwork. So box 1 autopopulates to 1 for the person I'm sponsoring. I put in 1 for myself in box 2. It then asks if I'm married to put 1 in box 3...but that puts my household size to 3 instead of 2. It says not to count any member of the household more than once...how did you guys fill this out? I looked at the instructions but it didn't specify how to complete it in this scenario. Should I put 0 for the married part?

Hi Everyone, Just got married on K-1 and starting to put together the packet to send in. Just to confirm....since I'm filing I-485 for a K-1 visa, I only need to pay the I-485 filing/biometrics fee since I'm filing them all together in the same package? oh man i stopped watching 90 day while i was going through the K1 process because it was depressing...but now that it was approved and he's moving here this month i really need to jump back into the mayhem

If the beneficiary is not in the US that part does not need to be completed 🙂

I had to fill it out by hand. It was impossible to type into and I gave up haha

My fiance's ACRO came back with No Live Trace for our K-1. He did the SAR and got a letter from PSNI confirming that he was never arrested, etc and was approved. Nothing was violent/drug/alcohol related. He received his passport with the visa last week. I'm wondering if the police report can cause problems when we're applying to adjust his status once he's here? Or are we in the clear since he was approved? Was reading through some of the threads and started getting a little paranoid.

it's super easy getting an appointment! lots of openings. same with scheduling a medical.

it might depend on the embassy i'm not positive, but for us we just needed to bring an updated statement of intent to marry to the interview since ours was expired.

has anyone been preparing for the paperwork that happens once we get married and have to file AOS, SSN, advance parole, work authorization etc? feeling super overwhelmed!

have you called NVC? I called them and got my case number about 2 weeks after i got the NOA2: (603)334-0888

i'm not sure if it's different for every embassy, but for london if you're 4 months past the date of NOA2, then they just asked us to write an updated letter of intent to marry (like we had to include in our initial I-129F submission) and bring it to the interview.

Another question for your guys - on the physical copy of the NOA2, it has validity dates (ending in July 2022). What does that mean exactly? If it needs to be extended is that something I do with the embassy?
