Right now they have sent letters to upto September 10th, 2020 DQ. They send letters every 20th of every month. We’re waiting for new letters this week to see how many they cover this time. You guys should get yours by November or December.

Hey... so as far as I know/have heard the only reported DQs are for 10 sep 2020 so there are still a lot of people before you guys and there are so many green card holders  with earlier DQs who got their citizenship and as IR1/CR1 they will get prioritized before the September DQs. However, hopefully you get yours by either November or December.

I'm pretty sure that the Urdu Nikah Nama is a must when submitting documents. Since this doesn't happen too often, I would recommend contacting the USCIS and speaking to an Officer and finding out what are your options, unless you can get an original Urdu Nikah Nama signed again, which I believe is unlikely. I would recommend getting your original English Nikah Nama translated to the Urdu version and having it certified and stamped and then resubmitting it.

As much time as you need. NVC will close a case that has not had any activity for 12 months  so provided you do something every 11.5 months or so you can stretch it out for years if needed.
