Seeking some answers on the processing of my I-130 petition for my parents. I filed the petition in November 2022 as a US citizen. There are two separate applications under my USCIS account. Both applications have receipt numbers.
The first application has the status "Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action."
The second application has the status " Your case status is unavailable at this time. We are working to get you accurate information as soon as possible."
I understand the first application's status is similar to other November filers. However, the second application has not shown any status since it was filed.
Should I be worried about the second application?
Should I contact USCIS to get an update on its status?
I also see that the I-130 processing times are currently 12 to 16 months. Is that accurate?
