Yes that’s what I’m saying to no I didn’t email them I check the case status it says I’m administrative processing 

That’s what I’m saying if they were gonna deny us I would have known right there and then.....what email are you talking about I’m confuse ?

Another thing is we were not married at the time it was just baby mother and baby daddy

So Ontop of that I have a major problem and I don’t know if I will get a denial before I started the i130 process for my husband n daughter he went to seek a tourist visa twice however he wasn’t truthful as to where I was one attempt he said I go and come meaning I travel back and forth to see him and on the second occasion he said I lived with him however they still took their passport books at the interview and say that they are waiting on the medical the immigration officer didn’t stress it too much he only said that can be considered a lie so girl my head is tearing off I’m still here in ja with my hubby and and daughter and I’m just trying to remain hopeful😢😢😢
