To God alone be the glory.
And To everyone that has made this platform loaded with information which most immi lawyers cannot match, May the Lord continue to uphold you.
I cannot explain the joy in my heart, the journey is over.
Nov 2019-June 2022.Thank you
Thank you all.
Please will I receive a separate update/tracking number when the card is shipped?
I cannot wait to hold the card and breathe.

DO NOT CONSIDER MY PREVIOUS ANSWER, this is the correct information. If you submitted the Decree Absolute then file a motion to reconsider, but if you submitted just the decree Nisi then the decision is correct and you can file a Motion to reopen based on documentary evidence of new fact. But if it's missing someone's signature then you need to fix this problem and then you should refile.
thank you @sandranj he submitted both the decree nisi and decree absolute, but I guess USCIS made a search in the wrong State database ( most popular state in his country) whereas the divorce happened in another state different from where USCIS searched, thereby rendered the divas invalid

Please delete this attachment. You need to blank out the A number and the receipt # for security reasons before posting anything. Thank you.
How do I delete it?

Please I need help for a friend that received a denial notice, attorney says to file a new application but that I think is a wrong advise in this situation. Owner approved to bring it to this great platform on way forward. Your help and opinion will be appreciated. Thank you all

A copy of your ID should always accompany your writing letter of changing your address for it to be recognized as far as vawa is concerned.
Thank you

Yes of course, your local office will change it .
But if your new address is now in a different State, they may not adjudicate your case but rather transfer it in your new State that will now have jurisdiction over it.
That's why many people will wait and process their case with their current local office., most specifically when they are almost at the end of their journey.
But you can do a changed of address ot your local post office so that, when the green card is send, it shall be redirected to your new address.
Just as many people do, I personally did that with my EAD/AP and it worked perfectly well.
Thank you.
it’s in the same state and same city. I did a change of address at my post office but that didn’t work for me obviously.
I will do it again and also send in the AR-11 plus a written letter and a copy of my ID, hopefully It work this time. If not for a kind woman that always send me a message whenever I have a mail from USCIS, I would have missed important mails.

They are still sending mails to my old address after filing AR-11 and sending a written letter to Vermont. Do you guys think I should fill a new change of address and write another letter to accompany my medicals to my local office? Will my local office acknowledge it and send my green card to the new address?
-
Hello fam,
I am about to send the requested medicals is it safe to include the form AR -11 and a letter stating my change of address? They are still sending correspondence to my old address and I would really like to receive my card at my new address.
Please what do I do. Thank you

You can google immigration doctors (USCIS approved) near you..your primary doctor isn’t one so wouldn’t know much about it. A USCIS approved provider knows exactly what USCIS requires. And it looks like you’ll be approved without interview! Keep your fingers crossed!😊👍
Yes, hopefully. thank you

Hello all, I received a notice to send in my medicals to my local office.
please any guidance on where to have this done around newark NEW JERSEY would be appreciated. My Primary doctor seems not to know much about the process and the medical tests involved.

Best to wait for the letter asking you to either come in for interview with the medicals or to just mail the medicals without an interview.
yes you are getting closer to your GC
Do you have an idea of when could that be?
like an estimate

Yes you are moving closer to your final step of Success.
Does not it tell you to drop off your medical?
No, it didn’t say I should send the medical in.
do you know how long it may take to receive another instruction?

My I-360 was approved on October 8 2021, I received my I-360 approval notice on January 24. Last week I received a I-693 medical deficiency rfe. It says I shouldn’t mail anything a the moment. Can I start getting it done or I should hold on?
Am I moving closer to something? lol just thinking out loud.

there is no timeframe for that. some people get it before the first one expires, some get it after the expiration of first one and some have to write to Vermont to get it.
I got mine a week before the expiration of first one.
I would say if you do not get in next 2 to 3 weeks then write to vermont if you really need it.
Thanks for this. I guess I have to write to them now because mine expired since March and they haven’t sent a renewal till now
