Visa has been approved on DEC 14,2020 but I am getting "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted" status while tracking the passport.

Country : Nepal

Is there anyone who also faced the same issue? What should I need to do?

Yes visa approved, waiting for my passport. It's been 4 business days.

He had filed a divorce paper before marriage but the official divorce  came 2 weeks after the marriage.

His wife also knew about the divorce but the official paper was not available while submitting the form.

So what can be done in these cases.

My brother got an interview on 2020 December 14 and the visa category is IR1.

Problems :

He did not mention about the divorce section in I-130 form and DS 260 form  as he had not divorce paper from first marriage while filing the form.

Will it be OK if he did not mention about the previous marriage? But this seems like a fraud so i suggested to make an official divorce paper with first marriage and update the DS 260 form.

Please suggest how can we update the DS 260 form as the interview appointment date is fixed. Also please text me if anyone had faced same issues like this.

Also please suggest how this can be handled.

I added all the sponsors documents in petitioner docs list and counselor looked them from the same location.

I have a question regarding Tax return transcript.

1.Which year's tax return should I need to submit(2018 or 2019)?

2. Today (2020-01-11), Do I have to submit transcript of 2018 or 2019?

3. If 2019, when can I request IRS(Internal revenue service) for 2019 tax transcript?

Because I don't have enough income in 2018 but good income in 2019 over $21000.

Please suggest.

How can I get the older call logs  from facebook and viber, Its very difficult to go for the older message and get each screenshots.
