Hello,
I'm a Moroccan citizenship and i have a permanent green card,i'm planning to travel to Morocco next month do i will have any problems after i will be back at port entry because of Trump's decision on preventing green card holders from entering America again?? I hope that someone could help me!
Thanks
whatever you do dont sign anything upon coming back. There are rumors they are trying to get greencard holders to sign a document I-407 which basically if signed it is saying you are abandoning your greencard. look into it

same here, I went to what we would call the Justice of Peace. In a room with two of his family for witness and the man who performed the ceremony

oh and if you had witnesses at your wedding affidavits from them would be good

honestly you seem like you got everything covered. Not sure why they are giving you a hard time. did you send any money, if so show those transactions and copies of proof of communication phone records, etc
-
how many times have you visited with the person? Did you ever send any money?
-
it should have turned to issued by now. Whenever the case creation date changes and matches with the status update date, it means they are putting together the visa and within a day or two it should change to issued

No you are fine especially where as the guy is older than you. I am a female I am 51 and my husband is 31. We were all set just pending the medical

Best of luck as well.

Hello everyone,
Looks like I'm in the same situation. AP awaiting medical. Medical was on the 29th of December. Interview January 17th. I confirmed with the hospital the medical was sent on the 20th. Now just waiting... Any suggestions??
Hello,
I sent several emails a day with no luck as they always say to do. I basically complained and told them I got a notification stating my email was not touched/read for 7 days so clearly they are not touching them, yet someone who emailed after me got a response. I explained to her that my medical was sent over on 3 January and today 22 days later you telling me it is not received. Told her that I checked with the hospital 3 times and each time the 3rd was confirmed. I was put on hold and was then told the supervisor is going to take a look and get back to me. It work, case was touched after phone call, and then finally received email stating my medical was received and is being sent for review. Was case touched after the 20th of January when medical was sent over? I think it was my lucky day for the lady to actually speak to me and check into my case which is not the norm for them. Just be persistent. I gave it 2 1/2 weeks after interview before I started with the emails and phone calls.

Ok.....What are the other preparation for k-1 visa interview and proof?
proof of ongoing relationship. they want to know you visited, stamps in passport will confirm travel or airline tickets, phone records, money order receipts if money sent, pictures

Your engagement ring represents a true relationship of plans to marry. It is traditional to have an engagement ring prior to getting married. That will actually show proof that he is serious.

Your visa should be issued if not today maybe tomorrow. Was personally in touch with someone the same thing happened. Just watch it!

Yes I agree with you on that.

The information or second hand story you are sharing does not relate to the OP situation and is not helpful.
This particular beneficiary is not in the USA, does not have a visa, and does have any immigration status as yet with the USA. When you comment with unuseful/unrelatable info it can confuse the OP.
That is why I am done with the posts. Have a great day hun

I am in the waiting game essentially. I am U.S. citizen, filed paperwork for my Jamaican husband. He was not able to get his medical before his interview. I signed up for him to have his passport delivered. He had his interview today and the gentleman said he was approved pending his medical exam. I was wondering if anyone knows how long it takes Andrews hospital to send it over to Embassy and the waiting time after it is received? just want to know so I can plan ahead with ticket prices and such. He game my husband a piece of paper sayiing visa temporarily denied because passport and medical. then he game him a sheet that said rights for immigrating specifically about domestic violence and the different categories of filing.
Any luck with anything happening? Did they confirm yet medical received?

please waste no more time with long paragraphs or quotes it is not necessary. I am speaking on a friend that went through this and is still here. As a matter of fact an immigration judge allowed him to continue living here, but with no status. So he was in possession is all I am saying. Have a great day!

All I am saying is that I knew someone at the level of no status that was arrested and went through the courts and they dismissed the case. He could have been deported again he had no status. This is Massachusetts. I cannot vouch for any place else
-
Yeah, finally someone else get through!! Happy for everyone that does. We all deserve it!
-
Hi AngelBrown,
I do agree with you though he is not taking it serious
-
Hello Ash,
As long as you follow by the laws of the state it is not a federal offense. I knew someone who went through this with no status and is allowed to stay here. They are also releasing people from prison who were arrested based on what is now legal. Have a good one

at the same time if you tell immigration at the airport you are visiting to get married, I don't think they will let you through without having a K! visia.
Hi, I live in the u.s. and I recently met A Jamaican man on Facebook....... I really really like him..... But I am not dumb so I would love some guidance please..... Thank you?

Hello my friend,
first of all if you got to visit and you have never been to jamaica stay at a hotel of your choice. Can you tell me what parish he is from? Look out for signs of asking for money too soon after meeting. See if he has you speak to family really like mother father grandparents. Call him at different hours of the night to see if he answers his phone. Look for no excuse for the phone to be off. Dont let him start asking for you to put credit on his phone, I am sure he was doing it before meeting you. I can tell you alot of tricks especially when it comes to the jamaican man. But I will say there are a few good ones out there as well. Hope this will be one for you.
