I told the tier one agent I would like to speak to a tier 2 officer to find out if I have an RFE on my case and I was put right thru. I also stressed that my case was over 150 days.

The number for the national customer service center is 1-800-375-5283. Try your best to insist on being connected to a tier 2 agent!

The notice date is your NOA1 date. This is the date VJ tracks. The received date is what USCIS uses. This is the date @Shoegum scans use.

lol i guess that would be same.  It would be after 8PM PST /11PM EST, that should give plenty of time to any late workers at CSC to get their cases in.

5 of those 20 were for April and May VJ members so 5 a day average is still on track.
Still it's progress. Hopefully another 20-30 tomorrow.

Side note: There is no MONDAY for USCIS CSC next week as the 9th of October is a Federal Holiday.

Looks like at have 23 Cases Approved and 2 RFE on October 2nd. Very good to see, all cases with receive date of May 1st approved. 3 Days in row they seem to be going in order by date.

No sir, your application is going thru the normal process.
Can you see if there are any RFEs?
No sir, there are no problems with your case so far.

No sir, I can only tell you that it is taking around 6 months for approval so you should hear something soon. No news is good news.

You are correct that the question means has anyone prior to you filed an immigrant petition on his behalf so the answer is no.
