    Hello everyone, 

     

    I got RFE (not the actual paper yet, though it's been 25 days ). I even submitted the erequest and filled the form saying we didn't get the actual RFE paper in mail. But no reply yet. Soo worried now. Even in case tracker app, I noticed people have the status, " Request for Initial Evidence Was Sent" since last 40 days. So even many people might be waiting for RFE in mail. How could they don't send the paper even after a month?? Has anyone face that. If yes, please share your experience. And what should I do next?? Any suggestions?? Wait for 30 days and fill that form again or else call them?? Will call be helpful in this scenario??

    Hello... During medical Exam for Green Card, they ask the medical history and vaccination records. If I don't have any right now, from where I can get?? I am from India and Mumbai Consulate handling my spouse visa case. Do you have any idea about getting medical history in India??

    Hello... During medical Exam for Green Card, they ask the medical history and vaccination records. If I don't have any right now, from where I can get?? I am from India and Mumbai Consulate handling my spouse visa case. Do you have any idea about getting medical history in India??

      As you said, you didn't even had, so what you did?? Did you get vaccination again or retrieve records??

      Yes! I went to one of the listed hospital and got all my vaccinations again. Then you have to go collect the package/results from them which you’re not suppose to open till you get in the country/US.

      I assume you meant medical exam for cr1/ir1 visa interview. If you don't have any medical reports in hand that's okay. The doctor will discuss with you and give you vaccinations according to the requirements. If you have anything like childhood vaccination cards, if you don't that's alright.

    Have you even filed for K3 visa, that is i129f ?

    Did you guys did Direct Consular Filing. I mean at US consulate at France??.. Or you filed at USCIS lockbox?

      Yes absolutely,

      I was supposed to get a response from USCIS in 8,5 to 10 months from February and I got a response in 7 months.

      All you have to do is after sending your CR1 package wait a month and sent the i129f to USCIS.

      I sent my i129f July 6th and 8 got my NOA2 a month late August 19th

      So your K3 petition approved right?? Because both are processed differently. If i130 approved than K3 get dismissed automatically.

      I130 approved and I129 dismissed

      They want tax return + (tax return transcript or w2)
