Thank you very much! Yes, I just want to help her out as best as possible by playing interview scenarios and whatnot since I won't be able to be there for her, they even allow for immediate relatives to be there with the applicant and I know that she will be feeling very sad by seeing how other couples are together in there while she's alone, so I want to be in this for her as much I can.

There are many interview reviews here.  I’ve attended 3 myself.  Interviews last less than a half hour.  80% of the interview is getting the paperwork organized, 20% involves questions pulled from the file in front of the IO.  Those questions for the most part focus on relationship milestones.  When/how you met.  How do you keep in touch.  Proposal - when/how/where.  Plans after US entry.  Questions that have clear answers.  That’s all.  Straightforward relationships with clean files sail through and the questions aren’t worded so that the interviewee has enough time to wander into the weeds.  IO will cut that off and re-steer to the original question.
They dont have or allow time for rambling.

First off being honest is the best thing that any of us can recommend. Next, rambling on can get you into deeper trouble. If your answer is short and sweet and to the point there isn't much that they CO will zero in on for additional scrutiny. But, if you ramble then you may say something that the CO begins to question and she may find herself out of a visa which she never intended.

I was at my wife's interview and I wasn't able to be with her during her conversation she had were her interviewing CO but, where I sat in the waiting area I was in front of a window where I listened in on another interview and THAT CO was able to unearth a scam that this girl was trying to perpetuate. She was denied and probably received a 10 year band or even a life time band. Sucks to be her.

She will likely need to have her medical done before the interview. How can you schedule the interview if you haven't even gotten your P3 packet yet? The medical itself takes 2 weeks to get the results. I would slow things down, wait for the P3  Instructions, and then follow the instructions that the consulate sends. This will save you much stress as you will have actual instructions versus just doing whatever you want.
