I sure hope so. Our case number is YSC1990427*** so it seems like yours is slightly ahead of us.
Hopefully you will hear from them very soon. Good luck to you

Congrats! This is so odd to me. We have the exact same timeline as you, and yet no updates whatsoever since biometrics last November. It's really annoying that they don't seem to have a proper system.
Have patience, i am sure they are working on things. i hadn't heard anything since Nov 19 and i called them 2 months ago and they didn't have updates for me. if this helps, my case number is YSC1990406***

Hello everyone,
i received an email that my case status changed to card production yesterday.
i did biometrics in Nov 2019 and didn't have an interview.
My initial application was July 2019
i applied for N400 in September 2020
good luck to everyone

Hello everyone,
Haven't heard fron YSC since biometrics in Nov 2019. I called uscis and they said they are within normal processing times.
I went ahead and sent my n400 information on September 24th. They finally cashed the check October 14th. I received the receipt notice today and the case started with IOE. My case status online says the case is at the national benefits center.
I'm hoping they'll reuse biometrics.

I just received the biometrics appt. on 11/03 and it was dated 10/25. The appt. was set for 11/13
Our timeline was Package Received in Dallas TX 07/11, Check cashed 07/16, Letter dated 07/15 was received on 07/20 and Biometrics dated 10/25, received 11/03.
Does anyone know how long after the biometrics we get the interview?

I sent to Texas service center and it went to YSC from there. YSC is Potomac I think
Mine was also sent to Texas and the YSC - Potomac. I got the 18-month extension letter on 07/20 and haven't heard about biometrics yet.

I agree. It's just weird that the status says it's still in transit to the next facility...
I will send out another packet via UPS this time shouldn't this one get delivered by Saturday.
It's frustrating...
Its not unusual. They are all delivered to a lock box regardless. Mine was delivered in Dallas TX the 10th and picked up/signed for on the 11th at 3 am. We received the notice in the mail dated for the 15th on the 20th. I wouldn't panic.

Hi everyone,
We will be filing our I-751 this month and have some questions. We have evidence for joint tax filing transcripts, joint credit cards statements (me as authorized user), joint healthcare and automobile insurance, documents with spouse as primary beneficiary. We also have plenty of secondary evidence such as trips, photos, wedding expenses, and affidavits.
What we do not have is evidence on sharing financial responsibility. My husband and I have a joint banking account but it is not active. Since I make a lot less than he does, he pays all the utility bills, mortgage, insurance, and household expenses. The money in our personal accounts (mostly mine since I barely have any expenses) is being saved so that we can buy a house/car together. Should we explain this in our cover letter?
We also just realized that our phone company never put my name on the second line. Both phone numbers are under my husband's name. Should we still include phone bill statements?

U can just explain that if you are asked at your interview. I'm the permanent resident and our phone and utility bills are all on my name because I have better credit and it saved us deposit money and also because where we live they only allow one person's name on the accounts. Our car is also on my name because I had better credit when we purchased. The only stuff on both our names is our pet's adoption papers and our mortgage and previous leases. Don't stress too much about that. If they ask you can simply explain.

@MsGee That is great news and must be a big relief! I am eagerly awaiting my I-797...Me and my wife are supposed to close a home purchase next Friday, and our lender only just told us now that they need the extension letter. A stressful time for sure. Also, glad to see fellow Filipinos! (I am Filipino-Canadian, and my wife is Filipino-American).
We are closing on our home next week and had the same issue. My lender was able to lift that requirement even though I didn't get the letter in the mail yet. I called uscis and asked for my receipt number and my lender was able to check my case status on the website. Realizing that it was a matter of time to get the receipt in the mail and along with all of our rest of paperwork for the loan being in order he requested to lift the restriction and we were approved today. We are on track for closing next Friday. Have a conversation with your lender and see if they're able to work something out. I'm also the one making the bigger salary out of the 2 of us and I thought they wouldnt risk it but it worked out.

It takes about a month for biometrics but if you're concerned you can use this tool to request an update https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

Hi all
I don’t recognize anybody here cuz my crowd is probably all in the April 2019 thread lol (I kind of procrastinated for way too long - could’ve done it back in April since my green card is expiring on 7/25)
FedEx delivered my ROC package to Lewisville, TX on 7/11 and it was signed by “brobinson”. I didn’t opt for e-notification, haven’t received any notice, and my check hasn’t been cashed yet. I know it’s only been 3 business days but I’m just kinda worried since my card is expiring on 7/25.
Is it pointless to call USCIS now for updates since they have neither cashed my check nor sent out any notice yet?
Mine was received in TX on July 11th and my check wasn't cashed till today nor did I receive a notice in the mail or text/email. I called them yesterday and they were actually able to confirm that everything was received and is being processed. I asked for my receipt number and was provided with one and was told that my receipt notice was issued yesterday 7/15 and should be getting it in the mail in the next 15 days. I would say go for it.
For quick access to a representative and not having to struggle figuring out the menu, I found this on google and I was able to get through after I was on hold for 35 minutes.

My check was cashed today 07/16
Instead of a check transaction its showing up as a debit card transaction. Is this normal?

Our package was received on June 14th at the wrong location and without the check due to my lawyer's huge mistake. We resent the package and it was received and signed by J Getrudis in Dallas tx on the 11th. Today I received a rejection letter dated July 11th for the package that was submitted June 14th due to missing the payment. It included a letter that was supposed to be on top of the new packet that we have already sent out and was received on the 11th. Does that mean that we need to resend everything with the letter they just sent us? or will they still process the new package?
I ended up calling and after being on hold for 30 minutes I finally spoke to someone. They said it's OK that the letter was not in the package since we sent a brand new packet with additional evidence we collected since the initial one. They also provided me with the new receipt number that was issued and said I should have the receipt in the next 15 days. As of right now my check wasn't cashed but I'm assuming it's only due to bank processing time since they gave me a receipt number for my status.

My package was signed by J Getrudis in Dallas tx on the 10th. When do you guys think I'll get the receipt notice in the mail?
Closing on our house depends on that paper. We are closing at the end of the month. Will I have it by then?

Package received on June 24th, got notice on July 2nd. Here we go...
Also, I guess I had not kept up with information, but my notice says my residency is extended 18 months rather than what I thought were supposed to be just 12 months.
That's awesome. What location did you file at?

My package was delivered today in Dallas TX PO box. It says it's available for pick up. I included the e-notification form and was wondering if they will send a digital version of the receipt we get in the mail?
