We got a DQ email today. Does that mean that our case is complete?

CC means Documentarily qualified ie NVC received all our documents
Priority date is when we submitted the case to USCIS(united states citizenship and immigration services)
F3 means Family Sponsored category 3 (us citizen filling for married son or daughter)
