    Today morning 11/Dec and 18/Dec both were available, so i move to 18th now ( I would like to select 11 but I am on vacation , lol)

    Received for package 4, register on website but No interview date available.
     
    just make sure I am on right place, did everybody paid fees before scheduling or during selecting available dates.

    I received my Packages 3 in email , wasn’t it surprising? Because I was expecting in regular mail as other got!

    Not yet.. but might do in week as I already got 2nd ready 6 days before

    The Employment Authorization Document (EAD) which allows you to work in the United States is usually approved and issued around the same time as or with the Advance Parole (AP) document; 6 months or so after you file for Adjustment of Status, given that you filed the I-765 and the I-131 with the I-485. This means that either way you have to wait 6 months or so before you can travel outside the U.S. or work in the U.S.
     
    The best solution for your situation would have been to apply for a Spouse Visa not a Fiancé(e) Visa since you would have entered the U.S. with a Green Card.
