Any updates? Seemed like most of had biometrics in Aug/Sep/Oct. Wondering if there's been any further movement?

Congrats IIama! I bet its a relief. What was your NOA receipt date?  Did you have interview before during conditional GC process? Also, did you guys have proof of joint bank account and co-owned assets?

May filer here. Did bio in Oct. Looks like LIN is working on Mar files now.. This wait is tiring!!!

What makes me nervous is we had no joint bank or co-mingled assets. But we had a ton of other evidence!

Any more approvals or interviews? It seems like there was wave of approvals for Oct/Nov filers of 2018. Nothing since then. Please keep us posted. 

I am a May filer. I completed biometrics yesterday and i got an email from below ID that case is under INITIAL REVIEW.

I did and got only 18 mos extension but really had no trouble at the DMV.

Those of you that got approvals, Can you tell us whether you attached any checking/savings accounts statements and co-mingled assets with your application? We didn't have either but bunch of other evidence. And wondering what to expect.

Did you have joint bank accounts or assets together for proof of marriage?

Firstly, Congratulations! I am sure you are relieved.

I am LINer as well. Filed in May 2019. So naturally have a long wait ahead of me. Can you share what all documents/proof of marriage you included in your packet? I know its been a long time but would appreciate any information to the best of you recollection. 

We did not have any co-mingled assets or bank accounts together but we attached plenty of other evidence so wondering what my changes of straight approval are.

just a quick update for you. I checked the uscis website yesterday and they said an interview is being arranged. This scared me a little BUT then i read that since December 2018 interviews for this process are now the norm so I'm looking forward to receiving a date and time etc! 

I don't believe interview are the norm since Dec'18. It's the opposite because USCIS announced that interviews would be waived upon discretion based on certain criteria. see below link.

But anyways, congrats on the interview. It just means your case will move faster vs the rest of us who have to wait the current processing time for the officer to review our case.
