Hey!! I got a tip from that Greenbaum Guy and he said there is something in the PDF file that addresses your question. He thinks maybe you need to do a little more lifting to get your answers.

I did read it again, but i dont see where it say anything about when it reaches embassy. I only see "Ready" for visa issuance. But its cool though, i read my status again and it says on the bottom  "ready for interview" which i assume means at embassy and in there system. Thank you though.

But a question though, Do i have to send original  i-134 with "wet" signature or can i email her a scanned copy. Cant really find an definite answer for this question. Thank you.

Yes and I have seen some people in this thread and other threads getting case numbers more than 6 weeks. So?? YW  Next day case numbers is rare and shouldn't be expected. We don't know if the record has been sitting at NVC and then on the day that someone calls is told "oh your record just arrived and case was assigned" response.

called non-immigrant visa phone line. waited approx 15 mins and got  case number. Orator said it was assigned yesterdad.

No you don't have to wait for the hard copy NOA2, only that your petition has been approved. The shipment dates are every other Tuesday with the next and last date in July being July 23rd, then starting in August, August 6th and 20th. It's not written anywhere that you can look at it's just been that way for several years!

so i updated my email with NVC, but i haven't received any conformation from them. is that normal or do i need to re do it? i did it on 07/20. thanks

Okay, I'm trying very hard to not panic. I just went for the first time to my.uscis.gov, created an account, and I do not see my current I-129f case listed. I see my case from last year there, though. (I brought my fiance over last year on a k-1 visa and we decided to postpone our marriage. He went back to his country. Now the timing is right and we're ready to get married, hence the second petition.)

Can anyone offer any insight as to why I do not see my current pending case? Am I possibly on the wrong page/site?

I received an official NOA1, so I guess I have to trust that my case exists, but it definitely is unnerving to not see it listed on the site...

i think you have to manually add it to the site. i could be wrong but thats what i had to do.

Send off that inquiry to NVC updating your email address along with your beneficiary's email address too. Request to be notified once your case has arrived at NVC, and once your case number has been assigned and finally once your case leaves NVC. It does not always work and your mileage will vary, but I requested all three items and I got all three emails as they happened.... so it's worth a try.

Do I have to wait for  actual NOA2 in the mail or can i already update the NVC. and second question How do you find the shipping dates? Thank you.

I don't see where they said an attorney, let alone an immigration attorney, did anything with their case. They said "professional", which could be any number of things. Visa agent/agency? Somebody they were referred to that has done it for others?

But yes, they really dropped the ball.

yes they are not attorneys. sorry for the confusion. Their company/ agency name is  immigration services. so they are just professionals.
