I just received an email from Montreal saying they are not processing F3 visas there yet. We had an interview booked March 23 2020 and it was canceled due to covid pandemic. So they aren't even rescheduling F3 canceled interviews yet 😕

Any updates on waiting list I.e number of applicants waiting at Montreal consulate for the interview other than immediate family members.

No as far as I know they don't give that sort of information out. If they so I'm not sure where you find it. I wish we knew.
