I received an email today. My case has been expedited. I haven’t sent my affidavit of support and the other paperwork. What to do.

Got my case # today! 

My son was born in the Philippines and I’ve done CRBA. 

I-130 IR2

Im from Tampa,Fl. Mine is Nebraska Service Center.

I called the USCIS and asks my case status. And finally answered all my questions. For IR2 petition usually takes   6 1/2 to 8 1/2 months to process for US citizen petitioner. Fingers crossed.

I ask Fl representative to help me with my case. She replied and sent me some paperwork. Let see what happen!

10 to 13 months processing time for Nebraska. Oh no!!!

There is no way to track the status with IOE by yourself at all, you HAVE to call to talk to USCIS rep to get the most up to date status. Even automatic USCIS phone bot will not have information about your case.

AFA I was told, our cases fall into new efile system and a lot people have petition approved with 2-3 months without expedite. It only took me 42 days to get it to approve.

My daugther is 16. PD.4/30/19. I received NOA1 5/2 with IOE#. 

You have to file annotation to the local registry it takes 3-4 weeks process. 

In my case the immigration officer advice me to file i-130 first. My daugther needs to be lawfully admitted to US after she will automatically acquiring citizenship.

My daugther is 17 file her petition so she wont have interview no more when she come here in the States.

Youre right about that. Next is N600. They wont have interview just for the oath tho. 

Yes And the only question the immigration officer asked me Who was the president of the USA? 

I did my N400 last year. Tampa is fast.

Yes we just have to wait. 

We are in the same boat. I filed I-130 first which the immigration officer told me. 

Uscis will send you another NOA and a receipt number where you can log in the the account and get updates on your petition.
