 I have applied for my mother  june 02  second time  first time she over stayed and then Covid came so let’s start this journey one more time wish me good luck and i wish all be successful and go through this process quickly

I have seen many cases issued visas in 3 weeks after second medical. 

Finally after two years in Ap Islamabad  visa issued for my son. THANKS GOD ,was a long painful journey thanks to all who helped me mentally,remembered me in their prayers. PLEASE DON'T LOSE HOPE. I pray for all to get visa soon,and be with their love ones soon.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah my husband's CR1 interview was in August 6th 2018 and he was put in administrative processing 221g  after that , passport kept.. After very agonizing wait, his visa has been issued on May 30th 2019 after asking second medical with no second interview called. I will thank Allah and give hope to all others who are going through 221g at islamabad or elsewhere that keep your hopes up. He was asked ds5535 questionnaire few weeks after his interview. 

Congratulations very happy for you and hope for us, may I ask after 2nd medical  how  many days you waited till visa issued.

I don's think it has to do anything with AP time farme. Ours date change to 2022 as well in April sometime and Visa issued in May.

My case ds 260 changed also from 2019 to 2022 .I am worried why without asking added another 3 years. Waiting for last 23 months. My question is this because of backlog or I am going for long marathon?

I'm not really clear on the process of updating the ds260.   I have not updated ours since we filled it out in August of 2017.   I  know the embassy has to reopen it it does not open automatically but if you notice that it has changed I would contact the embassy before moving forward.

My son's ds 260 changed automatically after one year  last month .

It's not only painful  I suffered heart attack because of this stress and long wait not knowing when this will be  over.

Every case is different  I hope and pray for all you will get visa soon don't have to wait that long

I pray we all get Visa soon my son's case is stuck in Islamabad embassy for last 22months in ap.

I already did with Senator Charles Schumer  in January 2019 same  computerized answer  

 My son's case  is stuck in Islamabad embassy since July 2017 in administration processing. 22 months still counting, God knows when this misery and nerve breaking torture will end.
