Got my biometrics done today. Super simple. In and out in 10 minutes (I was number 3 in line). My case now is updated, my processing time now is down to 5 months from 6 months earlier.

The wait hopefully won't be as long as the estimations that are coming up online... the estimate it shows for me online is 10 months, but when I check similar cases for my field office (Chicago) the average is 7 months. Compared to the wait for ROC we just went through 7-10 months is nothing!

Got a text notification this morning that my case was updated , However, the new website still says "We reviewed your biometrics" I'm sure it will update at some point. My estimated completion dates is Dec 2019 (7months) so this is exciting. 

I think the estimated times are just made up . Mine still says May 2020(12 months) but I got interview scheduled for June 20, literally after two days I did my bio. 
 
 

Mine went up from October 2019 to January 2020😢

My biometrics was scheduled for 05/09 I did it on 04/25, I also printed my letter from online, I had no issues at all, no one even asked me why I was doing it early.

I saw on the N400 February 2019 post that a bunch of people did theirs early as walk-ins, so I tried the same today, no one even asked why I was doing it early, I was in and out in less than 10 mins.

My biometrics was scheduled for 5/9/19, I went it today and got it done

The new site updated as well this morning with new card ordered. So happy that it is almost over. This board has been so helpful in keeping me sane through the immigration process. Thank you!

This has been a roller coaster week for my case. Case updated on the 19th saying received at my local office and then updated on the 22nd saying transferred and a new office has jurisdiction. Updated again today saying new card is being produced. This last update is on the app, it is not reflected on the new site yet. My updates on the new site have been behind by one day. Hopefully by tomorrow, it is also confirmed on the new site and I can finally relax.

I just want to ask how long does the card being process from the day it was approved?

I got some exciting news today so I wanted to share my timeline for anyone still waiting on their approval.
 
2/12/18 - case submitted
2/14/18 - case received
2/20/18 - 12 month extension received
4/05/18 - biometrics done
8/20/18 - 18 month extension received
2/13/19 - case transferred from Vermont to Texas
4/16/19 - new card being produced 
 

 
N-400 was not filed.
 
This has been such a long stressful process, good luck to anyone still waiting on a response
