Man sollte eig das I-693 mitschicken, aber viele haben auch kein RFE bekommen, wenn sie nur den Wisch vom Panel physician mitgeschickt haben (DS3035 oder 3530?? kann mich gerade nicht entsinnen). Anscheinend findet man nicht viele Ärzte, die das I-693 einfach unterschreiben ohne nochmal ein neues medical machen zu wollen. 😕

Vielen Danke @ennabaer. Werde eine Kopie von dem DS 3025 mitschicken und dann mal sehen. Eigentlich steht ja in den instructions das wenn man das medical innerhalb des letzten Jahres hatte, kein neues medical braucht, aber irgendwie war ich mir unsicher.

kleines “life-update”... ich bin nun seit 3 Wochen endlich in den USA und alles ist super schön. Mein Mann und ich sind gerade dabei alles für die GreenCard und die Arbeitserlaubnis auszufüllen. Kennt sich jemand damit aus? Wenn ja, habt ihr das I-693 ausgefüllt oder eure vaccination records mit submitted?

Vielen Lieben Dank @Letspaintcookies. Ich empfehle jeden nochmal einen neuen Letter of Intent zum Interview mit zu nehmen. Mein No2 ist erst 1.5 Wochen nach dem Interview abgelaufen aber es besteht immer die Möglichkeit das sie so lange warten bis es abläuft und dann nochmal einen neuen Letter of Intent verlangen, der dann allerdings nur vom Verlobten oder der Verlobten aus den USA verlangt wird. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Ländern verlangt das Konsulat hier in DE eine Letter of Intent mit original Unterschrift. PDF's, copies oder e-mails werden nicht akzeptiert.

Ich habe letzten Freitag eine Mail vom konsulat bekommen das mein Freund einen neuen Letter of Intent  schreiben muss und begründen muss warum es so lange bei unigedauert hat. Des Weiteren habe ich erfahren das meine Medizinischen Ergebnissen diesen Dienstag eingetragen worden sind. Mein Freund hatte bereits eine neuen Letter of Intent letzten Samstag via USPS Express los gesendet. Leider haben wir keine Status zum Verbleib erhalten die ganze Woche über lang, daraufhin hat er nochmals einen neuen Letter of Intent via DHL Express gesendet. Nun werden wohl beide Briefe morgen beim Konsulat ankommen. Ich hoffe das dann mein Visum dann bald gedruckt wird.

Vielleicht kann mir jemand weiter helfen hier und hat vielleicht auch das selbe Problem gehabt oder Erfahrungen damit. Ich hatte mein Interview am 19.08. und heute früh habe ich diese email erhalten. Ich verstehe den Punkt das mein Freund und ich einen neuen Letter of Intent schreiben müssen. Allerdings verstehe ich nicht so recht warum wir begründen müssen warum wir das Visum nicht eher  erstrebt haben obwohl ich das Interview vor dem Ablauf hatte. Da während der Ferienzeit keinen medizinischen Untersuchung beim Amtsarzt gemacht worden sind, konnte ich erst Anfang August die Untersuchung machen. Sollte ich das am besten dort mit reinschreiben?

Mir geht es so ähnlich. Ich hatte mein Interview letzten Montag und alles sah gut aus soweit. Die Frau, die mich interviewed hatte, sagte das alles gut aussieht und sagte Glückwunsch. Sie braucht nur noch die Ergebnisse von dem Amtsarzt und dann sollte ich innerhalb von 7-10 Tagen meine Reisepass inkl. Visum zurück bekommen. Seitdem steht auf der CEAC Status Website Administrative Processing. Ich habe am Montag in der Praxis vom Arzt angerufen und nachgefragt ob sie denn meine Ergebnisse schon zum Konsulat geschickt haben. Die freundliche Arzthelferin meinte das dass Konsulat meine Ergebnisse bereits am Mittwoch vor meinem Termin erhalten hat. Nun bin ich natürlich auch super nervös und weiß nicht was ich tun soll. Ich mach mir die ganze Zeit Sorgen das ich irgendwas falsch gemacht habe. Ich habe mich natürlich mal belesen zwecks des Administrative Processings und mir ist echt über geworden als ich gelesen habe das es Monate oder auch Jahre dauern kann. Ich habe mit diesem Status auch nicht gerecht da mir weder ein 221g gegeben wurde oder irgendwelche anderen Dokument gefordert worden sind.

Hallo Kate, ich habe letzte Woche meinen Termin für das Interview in Frankfurt gebucht. Ich konnte alle freien Termine für Juli sowie August einsehen. Jeden Montag (also den 15.07.; 22.07; 29.07.; 05.08.; 12.08.; 19.08.; und 26.08.) gab es noch freie Termine. Den September-Kalender konnte ich jedoch nicht einsehen. Ich hoffe das hilft Die weiter.

Auch ich darf eine freudige Nachricht verkünden, dass ich am Montag mein Interview in Wien hatte und alles gut gegangen ist. Es hat ca. 20min gedauert und alle waren sehr freundlich im Konsulat. :3

Ich muss morgen meine Befunde vom Medical Exam noch abholen und am Freitag beim Konsulat abgeben, ist aber nur halb so schlimm. Angeblich passiert das sehr oft, dass man das Medical Exam vor dem Interview oder am selben Tag des Interviews macht und die Befunden nachreicht. Reisepass soll angeblich nächste Woche schon fertig sein! <3

 

Gosh, ich war so nervös und jetzt komme ich mich bissi albern vor, weil es gar nicht so schlimm war! Nachdem jetzt zwei Tage vergangen sind, fange ich an es langsam zu realisieren, dass ich Ende August zu meinem Verlobten ziehen werde. Echt krass! X3

Das sind aber tolle Nachrichten! Herzliche Glückwunsch und noch eine schöne restliche Zeit in Österreich mit deiner Family  !

They just don't know when you're in a different country so they want you to submit police certificate for the times you're not in the US to make sure you don't have criminal history or if you do, your convictions do not prevent you from entering the US.

I have a question in regards to the DS-160. One of the questions asks if I have resided in any country/region for six months or longer since you attained 16 years of Age? Up until last year, I was on a F-1 Student visa and went to college from 2013-2018. I dont really now what the correct answer to that queastion is. I also called the embassy, but they can't give me any answers in regards to the form. Maybe somebody out there has experienced the same Situation, and has already succesfully asnwered the question. Thanks

Mein Freund und ich haben nun endlich auch das P3 erhalten. Ich habe nun angefangen die Checklist abzuarbeiten. Allerdings habe ich ein paar Fragen zwecks des DS-160 und des DS-260. Ich habe gelesen das K-1 applicants nur DS-160 ausfüllen müssen, stimmt das? Wenn das nicht stimmt, habe ich gesehen das man bei dem DS-260 die Invoice-Number benötigt. Leider ist diese Nummer in keiner der notifications die wir erhalten haben hinterlegt. Kann mir vielleicht jemand weiter helfen? Vielen lieben Dank

My boyfriend and I filed for the finance visa on 11/29/2018 and we just received our approval two days ago (Notice date of April 29th). My boyfriend received an RFE on April 10th in regards to his divorce papers. He was able to get a new and certified copy quickly and sent it back on April 16th (the service center received the RFE on April 19th). Therefore, we got approved within 10 days after sending back the RFE. It took a week for the approval letter to get to my boyfriends house. Also, neither, the old or the new website has been updated, not even when we received the RFE. The website still shows that they received our case in November. Therefore, for those who's website hasn't been updated either, don't give up! It obviously does not mean that the do not work on your case.

Judge forgot to mark a box I went back they fixed it and they gave me a certified copy and because the certified copy was dated on the day it was released they considered our divorce wasn't do e at the date we applied so we got denied. I am sure your case it's simpler than mine but that was my experience 

Hi Victoria, thank you for sharing your experience here. I found it very confusing in the US because the decree of dissolution of marriage looks different in each state. Your case definitely sounds a little bit more complicated than ours; however, I hope that you a were able to sort things out and got approved eventually.

Thank you very much for the fast response. The first copy we sent in originally was just a photocopy signed by the judge. Now we have a certified copy that is not only signed by the judge, but also by the clerk of the district court. It also has two stamps on it now. The decree consists of two pages which we both send in since the judge signed on the second page. I just really hope that this is enough for them now because that is the final decree, there is no other certificate according to the court.

I am new to that forum and I hope I will find some help and answers here. Recently, my boyfriend received a RFE in regards to his divorce decree which apparently didn't showed evidence that it was civilly filed and recorded. When we originally sent in the application, we attached a photo copy of his decree of dissolution of marriage and permanent orders (issued by the district court of Denver). Now, we are required to send in a legible copy of the complete divorce decree, signed by a judge or magistrate, and showing that the divorce decree was recorded in an appropriate court registrar. 

My boyfriend went back to the court and they said that the documents the final decree. He got multiple certified copies now, as we think it might have been the issue because the first one was only a photocopy which was not certified. Did anyone had the same or similar issue?
