    Please how do I check it online help me with the site and please do not be angry I paid $445 online I don't know if my green card fee is among just clarify me or someone with idea

    the $445 you paid is not for the Visa, i guess it's the combination of affidavit of support fee which is $120 and the DS-260 Visa application fee of $325. you now have to pay the green card fee of $220 and you will receive a receipt number starting with IOE to check the status of the green card.

    Make sure to check your status at https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ (you need a USCIS account) instead of the Case Status Check page (https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) as it may show an outdated status.

    For my receipt number the Case Status Check page is showing that my immigrant visa fee payment was received on Oct 28, 2019. But if I login with my USCIS account, I see a much more recent date and a different status - Feb 12, 2020, application accepted for processing.

    ok thanks for the info

    I can answer that for you.  At least in our case we got a message on day 120 after paying (July 3 to Oct 31) that the card was being produced.  It is scheduled to be delivered today (Nov 7).  That was a total of 127 days from paying the green card fee.

    Thanks, appreciate it mine is 84 days since paying the fee so we see how it goes

    Oh okay.  Well I submit my DS-260 on the 08 of August and my AOS of the 02 of September 2019.

    They are currently waiting to be reviewed

    So probably around November time I should have my Interview date?

    If all your documents get accepted you should get DQ by month end or early October so yes November is a fair prediction for your interview

    Hi Guys..So happy to announce that my wife's visa was approved on June 3rd in Mumbai consulate,India :) :)

    Questions asked were:

    Who is calling you?

    Where does your husband live?

    Since how long has he been in US?

    When was the first time you both met?

    Was it a love or arranged marriage?

    How did you guys let your parents know about your love?How did they react?

    How many people attended your wedding?

    Can you show your wedding pictures?(My wife started flipping the photos and let VO know who were in the pics. VO asked the following 3 questions while looking at the album )

    Where does your Spouse's parents live?

    Where does your parents live?India or US?

    Where does your spouse's brother live?

    My wife did her masters in US. So she asked "Did you do the OPT program while you were in the US?"

    Thats it. She typed in her computer for a few minutes and gave my wife her original documents except her passport and said those golden words "Your visa is approved".

    She gave her a "Your visa is approved" form and asked my wife to wait for around 1 week to pick her passport up...

    Thanks to each and everyone on this page who helped me and my wife..It was such a great support while waiting for the interview...Hope everyone gets their visa approved very very soon!!

    Wow congratulations 😄👍🎵🎵🤾‍♀️

    Good day everybody!

    I had my cr1 interview this morning in Vilnius, Lithuania.CO was very friendly with big smile, we had nice talk like friends and finally I heard magic words - your visa has been granted. WHOAH.

    Even though my country is small and embassy is fairly busy, but maybe my experience will help others.

    They asked all original civil documents, no transcripts or w2.

    Questions were:

    how did I meet my husband;

    when we started dating;

    what do I like about him the most;

    why we did small wedding instead of big party;

    what does my husband do for work;

    where does he live; his parents;

    when was the first time he flew to Lithuania;

    what’s my dog’s name

    We were talking while he was looking at pictures I printed and brought, there were a lot of photos of us and the dog, haha!

    Very happy, very excited!

    Congratulations, so happy for you guys .
