    For me, I paid my NVC fees on Monday and I'm waiting to get payment confirmation. I think I'm still going to complete the I-864 and the D-260 as soon as possible and see if I'll get DQ, and then go from there. I'll report back on any progress or rejections. Currently I'm on day 3 of waiting for them to acknowledge the fee payment.

    Ideally they will place priority on family based applications. It looks like there will be a lot of prayer and hope in our immediate futures.

    I had to renew my Colombian Visa in December, so thankfully, I have most of the documents ready that will be required. Not quite sure about translations that will be needed.

    We got notification this morning that our I-130 was approved.

    I'm curious. What country is your passport from? I ask because I read something in one of the threads a while ago about a beneficiary from Venezuela who had problems at the interview stage.

    They are absolutely correct. My wife was denied a visitor visa and was explicitly told that she just has to wait for the I-130 to be approved. It sucks, but those are the rules. At least we got to go to Bogota and spend some time there. 😁

    I filed December 5th at the Nebraska service center. Hopping in this thread and wishing everyone the best of luck.
