Yes, seems like it. Prepare for combo interview and bring spouse.

And forget to tell that they called me yesterday morning (miss the call while I was working/showed as 'likely a scam'). They let a voicemail to ask to bring my husband with me.
My daughter, 20yo, is on my pending ROC, and her case has been updated yesterday too, as ' Case Transferred To Another Office'. So definitely, it will a family trip!

I'm also a fellow Potomac I-751 filer. Filed 751 in Nov. 2022, no movement at all besides a 24-month extension and a 48-month extension. Filed N-400 last month, Tampa FO. Currently showing estimated completion 9 months on that.

Same boat! Filed ROC on October 2022, Potomac - and N-400 last September with Tampa FO.

Hi everyone. I applied for N-400 today, applying under the 3 year rule, 90 days before. Local office is Tampa, FL. Received my Notice of Receipt almost immediately and reuse of biometrics letters. Time to approval is estimated at 9 months. Any other Tampa filers?

Applied in September 2023. So far, nothing to share except for the same as yours.

No, you do not need to upload your ROC receipt.  I, and a few others, uploaded a letter to request a combo interview.  In my case, USCIS scheduled our I-751 interview and wife's N-400 interview together.

Sounds good. I didn't send them over a letter to request a combo interview, as I was thinking they'll figure out my pending case...

  5. Hi!
Quick question: Applying for citizenship with a ROC pending, should we flag it to USCIS? Sending them over NOA for ROC?
Both of my cases are in MyUSCIS, but wondering if I need to upload NOA for ROC under my N400 application... or as I guess they have access to my whole history with them using my Allien number, there is no need for me to flag it.

  6. Hello guys,

I have a quick question for you, hope you could help us to figure out, as we haven't found the answer yet.

I arrived in the US with a K1 visa, with my daughter, 16 yo by this time, as a K2 visa holder. After the wedding we applied for the conditional green card. Received it by the end of 2020. Last year we applied for the 10 yrs GC (same application as she received her conditional gc under my application).
My question is as I am ready to apply for citizenship, with the 3 yrs rule, can she also apply at the same time? She will turn 20 by the eoy. Or does she have to wait for the 5yrs rule?

    Thank you in advance!
