If you believe this I got some oceanfront property in Arizona I would like to sell you!
Lies and more lies, it will cost every household more than that! Ovomit and Kerry the ferry are liars, do the math, the EPA is an instrument or a tool of massive dictatorship for Ovomit now to force on all of us his lofty out of touch unrealistic new world order socialist communist agenda. You can bet those new taxes will cost more than $79-$146 a year more like per month or double to quadruple per month. People open your eyes. And Ovomit will try to use this Gulf Oil incident to make excuse for him to push this energy tax off on all of us! AND who is it going to truly help??? I can tell you the same people at the top of the food chain in WALL STREET that made out like one armed bandits in a casino back in 2008 when we bailed them out with taxpayer funds! This "cap and trade" means "craps and taxes" And here is what is going to happen, these tax credits the government will issue for corp to pollute will be traded or bought and sold on a new exchange or board of trade just like stocks or bonds or derivatives or commodities. AND who will benefit from all this trading of tax credits??? WALLSTREET, they are the ones that will be making the lucrative commissions off all those trades and guess what, when you factor in speculation and their commission, those costs all get passed on down the food chain, right on down to the bottom, that is right you and I the end consumer once again gets hit with this hidden tax, thanks to Ovomit and the democrat congress. I have never seen such a spend and tax bunch ever, this is ridiculous and it is not going to stop pollution from corp or green house gas, which is the problem, think about it all it is going to do is allow these companies to continue to pollute but now US govt is going to make them pay a fee or tax to pollute thus guess who that tax is getting passed on to??? That is right you and I the end user. What a joke Ovomit is.

I thought it was hilarious that Obama is gonna "kick some a$$". Kind of reminds me of when Teddy Kennedy was running for the Democratic nomination to unseat incumbent Jimmy Carter as candidate for reelection in 1980. Jimmy threatened to "whip his a$$".
Lots of similarities between Jimmy and Barry. Hopefully Barry will end up a one-term president too.

got a reaction from Fandango in Obama falls headfirst into the hypocrisy trap
    By: Chris Stirewalt
    Political Editor
    June 10, 2010
President Obama is caught in the wickedest of political binds: the hypocrisy trap.
Obama says he's sick and tired of the Washington blame game, but still can't resist doling out piles of blame himself.
His compulsive, reflexive finger-pointing at Republicans, George W. Bush and vague villains on the right is not only unbecoming, it also reinforces the gathering public verdict that Obama is a weakling.
Victims do not make good leaders.
Even if Republicans were responsible for every evil attributed to them by Democrats, why bang on about it after 17 months in office? The only answer is self-preservation, which is an unattractive trait in someone who's supposed to be leader.
But because he is stuck in a defensive crouch on the BP spill, the economy, Afghanistan, Israel, the bungling political maneuvers of his operatives, and more, Obama has no alternative but to play the blame game.
In one day in Kalamazoo, Mich., he managed to preach responsibility and try to avoid it.
In a speech to high schoolers he said: "Don't make excuses. Take responsibility not just for your successes. Take responsibility where you fall short as well."
While still in Kalamazoo, Obama sat down with NBC's Matt Lauer for the journalistic equivalent of heavy petting and blamed everybody but himself.
The interview is already famous for Obama's line about relying on experts to tell him whose "#### to kick." The line is funny because what was supposed to be proof of his red-blooded American anger came off as clueless. What kind of leader needs advice on #### kicking?
But it was also notable that Obama declined to take any responsibility whatsoever for the disaster or the damage. He abandoned even his partial blame-taking lines from the May 28 press conference about failing to understand the depth of the problems at the Minerals Management Service.
The message in Kalamazoo: Do as I say, not as I do.
That tripped America's hair-trigger hypocrisy alarm.
Bloodthirsty reporters and cynical citizens roar their approval when family-values Republicans get caught trysting with their aides or Democrats who rail against the evils of Wall Street and Big Oil rake in campaign contributions from Goldman Sachs and BP.
Until now, Obama has avoided the hypocrisy trap by doing little and talking carefully. Most of what he's said contains more rhetorical escape hatches than a magician's box.
Obama may be coming in short on his promises on Iraq, Gitmo, Wall Street and a host of other issues -- to the howling discontent of the liberals who got him elected -- but he can still offer earnest assurances that he's reinventing America, only it's taking longer than he expected.
The president is facing frustrated liberals who see George W. Bush's wars still being fought, Gitmo open for business and Wall Street getting off the hook.
Environmentalists fume that he authorized more offshore drilling without checking to see if federal regulators were doing their jobs.
Fiscal conservatives who divined a streak of moderation in Obama's rhetoric feel like fools after watching him take a $9 trillion detour on his way to fiscal responsibility.
Pragmatists have turned their backs on the president after finding that the last, best argument that Democrats made in 2008 -- Obama's competency under pressure -- was actually decision-making paralysis masquerading as coolness.
So it's understandable that the president has been in a bit of a rhetorical stall of late.
He has been unable to adapt to a political climate wholly different than the one that made his rapid ascendance possible, and as a result has sounded increasingly off-key.
Polls show that Americans have noticed. While his overall approval ratings have held during the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, we've seen a telling drop in the number of Americans who think Obama relates to them and their concerns.
Obama's preacher's cadence and promise of a better tomorrow now reinforces his image as a talker and not a doer.
The self-contradictions, though, are even worse.
When he contradicts himself on partisanship and blame gaming, Obama gives off the scent of hypocrisy, the sweetest flower that blooms in the cynic's garden.
It's one thing to be seen as passive, but it's worse to be seen as someone who will say anything to get what he wants.

I didn't vote him, but people I know who did are sorry they did. I have no trouble accepting that he's president, and he's certainly not the first nincompoop president I didn't like. For someone who promised so much transparency in his administration, anyone with half a brain would wonder why he refuses to release his college records, a serious copy of his birth certificate and other documents that are normally open for inspection.
Clinton did. Bush did. McCain did. Obama won't. He and his wife can't even agree where and how they met. Odd.
You don't have to be a racist or a loser to wonder what he's hiding. It's just common sense.

I'm as much of a racist loser as you are, I guess. People who voted for him because he's Black, gave great speeches and looks good in a suit are the racist losers, and a lot of them are having buyer's remorse. I'm used to presidents opening up their vitals to the public even while campaigning. That's the way it was done before Obama, who refuses to release much documentation about himself and has even offered contradictory info about himself. It's ok, anyway. He's taking himself down faster than anyone else can.

Official who oversaw ballots in 2008 race says hospital birth certificate non-existent
A college instructor who worked as a senior elections clerk for the city and county of Honolulu in 2008 is making the stunning claim Barack Obama was definitely not born in Hawaii as the White House maintains, and that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama does not even exist in the Aloha State.
"I had direct access to the Social Security database, the national crime computer, state driver's license information, international passport information, basically just about anything you can imagine to get someone's identity," Adams explained. "I could look up what bank your home mortgage was in. I was informed by my boss that we did not have a birth record [for Obama]."
At the time, there were conflicting reports that Obama had been born at the Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, as well as the Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children across town. So Adams says his office checked with both facilities.
"They told us, 'We don't have a birth certificate for him,'" he said. "They told my supervisor, either by phone or by e-mail, neither one has a document that a doctor signed off on saying they were present at this man's birth."
To date, no Hawaiian hospital has provided documented confirmation that Obama was born at its facility.

First Arizona and now South Carolina. Anthony Hill, 30, was shot in the head by Gregory Collins, 19 year-old white male. Then Collins attached Hill to the back of his truck and dragged him for 10 miles… What is really going on in this world???

Newberry County deputies say a man found dead Wednesday morning had been shot in the head and dragged behind a pickup truck, and they’re now investigating to see if this could be a hate crime.
Sheriff Lee Foster identified the victim as 30-year-old Anthony Hill of Winnsboro at a Wednesday afternoon news conference with State Law Enforcement Division Director Reggie Lloyd.
The coroner concluded that Hill died from the gunshot wound.
Earlier in the day, deputies announced they’d arrested 19-year-old Gregory Ashton Collins in connection with the killing and charged him with murder.
Foster and Lloyd say they are investigating the possibility that the incident could be a hate crime. Hill is black, while Collins is white.
The FBI is assisting in the investigation.
“We’re acting with an abundance of caution, and we’re looking at that as one avenue,” Foster said. “It doesn’t necessarily mean that it is a hate crime, or that it will be judged a hate crime, or that it willl be judged a hate crime in the end. We want to go ahead while we’re doing the investigation to have a joint investigation with the FBI, who has jurisdiction over hate crimes.” http://www.wltx.com/news/story.aspx?storyid=88178&catid=2

Insurance Premiums have nothing to do with the "uninsured."
Health Care COSTS might have a bit of a reflection on that, however insurance companies aren't going to sit here and pay more out just because the hospital might need more compensation for something. All rates are pre-negotiated based on 'actual' costs + a revenue cushion as well.
With medicare this is different. Medicare pays whatever the government thinks the hospital/doctor should get, and doesn't have anything to do with actual costs. This is why many doctors today refuse to accept medicaid or medicare.
