Hi guys, well i received my letter this past Monday and my case was actually transferred to Potomac Service Center in Virginia. We already had interview when going through AOS, I am CR6, from processing times Potomac is at 15-16 months. Hopefully we hear something soon.

Hi guys February 2019 filer originally from SRC now case transferred to Potomac Service Center, I recieved notification today in mail but online portal says it was recieved at local office? Lol. Fingerprints back in November....from the processing times Potomac isn't too bad compared to others so here's hoping it wont take too long.

Hi guys just an update:
I am CR6
Filing Date: 02/13/2019
Received extension letter two weeks later.
9/12/19-I filed an E-request online since its been silent since my extension letter-no bio-metrics or anything.
I checked my case online on 9/23/19 and my case was updated to:
Case Was Updated To Show All Fingerprints Were Taken And Case Is In Process
As of September 21, 2019, we are processing the fingerprints for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXX, at our Texas Service Center location. We will send any case updates or notices to the address you gave us.
No i did not receive a letter that were my bio metrics were going to be re-used.
Today i received email from my e-request stating: The status of this service request is:
We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.I guess the waiting continuous. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Hi guys just wanted to give update on my trip. This was my second time using my 18 month extension letter. Port of Entry was Dallas Airport. This time, there was no secondary inspection-It was super fast, only took my right hand finger prints, i don't even think he even took my picture, no questions or anything. I think it just depends port of entry and officer you get. I flew from Mexico to Dallas.

seems like texas service center is taking a long time to send out biometric appointment from what it seems? anyone have more info on texas service center?

ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE AT PORT OF ENTRY AT DALLAS,TX AIRPORT WITH EXPIRED GREEN CARD AND 18 MONTH EXTENSION LETTER? USED EXTENSION LETTER AND EXPIRED GREEN CARD LAST MONTH FOR THE FIRST TIME AT PORT OF ENTRY AT ATLANTA AIRPORT-WAS PULLED TO SECONDARY INSPECTION AND FREAKED ME OUT, JUST WANT TO CONFIRM THIS IS ROUTINE NOW BEING PULLED INTO SECONDARY INSPECTION?? WILL BE TRAVELING NEXT MONTH AND WILL BE GOING THROUGH DALLAS PORT OF ENTRY.
-
Hi Toya-same happened to me at Atlanta airport. Was escorted to secondary inspection-i also missed my connection flight. After further research seems like secondary inspection is normal when removing conditions and traveling with extension letter. I was very annoyed and frustrated. I'm flying out next month and going through port of entry at Dallas, will post my experience then.

Experience Flying from Paris into Atlanta via Delta Airlines with Extension Letter and GC this past weekend.
Hi guys just wanted to share my experience with CBP at Atlanta's Airport. I show the officers my 18 month extension letter, my two day old expired GC and my passport. He runs my information, makes me take picture and then makes me do fingerprints, he was having a hard time getting my fingerprints, then he asks for my boarding pass from Paris to Atlanta, runs more information through the computer and he says something to the effect 'its not letting him run through some of my information' and then he says "i see you have record, why were you arrested for' I tell him that it was a DWI back from 2006-he then does more stuff on the computer, grabs a see through folder, puts my documents in there and has someone walk me to secondary inspection. By this point I am already a nervous wreck. They put me in a waiting area, while my folder is handed over to another CBP officer who sits at a counter. I am texting my husband and telling him to re-book our connection flight to Dallas because we might not make it on time or i don't know whats going to happen to me and i am panic mode. They call my name t counter, ask me how long i was in Spain for, and for what reason, and i state for vacation, 5 days only, they ask me if i have family over there, i say no, then they ask if i have anything to declare, alcohol, etc. I say no. They stamp my passport and hand my documents back to me. And that was it, was able to leave waiting area and get to my connection flight to Dallas. I must say I was left terrified and uneasy. I feel like the first CBP officer since he was having problems with my fingerprints and something on his end on the computer he didn't want to handle me as there was a long line of people trying to check in. I'm also not sure why he brought up when I was arrested. Not sure if I want to venture out of the country again while conditions are being removed. Thoughts anyone???

Hi guys-I have a trip to Spain in May, my conditional green card expires, 5/9/19-I just received my 18 month extension letter yesterday-We will be flying back to the U.S. on 5/11/19-via from Paris to Atlanta airport. Anyone has any experience from that port of entry? What line should I go through?

Hi guys, update: Received my NOA-18 month extension letter today, Notice Date: 2/15/19-wow that was really fast. We submitted everything by USPS on 2/12/19 they received it on 2/14/19. I have two questions, the letter i received the color is greenish and has watermark. Is this the Original?(i've read other people get copies?) My second question is, when i was reading the letter it stated "We require biometrics 'for some type of cases', does that mean i may or may not get biometrics notice? I think i've read in other posts that some people don't get biomettrics and get the 10yr with same biometrics from AOS.

Hi guys I have a question, received txt notification last Saturday that my case was received 2/15/19, mail notification to follow, is the NOA that will be mailed- is that the 18 month extension? Or does the extension come after NOA letter?

Hello guys, i live in dallas, Texas, here is my timeline and dilemma. We filed packet through our attorney. My CR expires 5/9/2019
2/12/19-packet sent to dallas lockbox
2/14/19-usps delivered packet
2/16/19-recieved text from uscis case was recieved with SRC letters, mail notification to be followed, so our case is with Texas Service Center.
Husband surprised me with Spain vacation from 5/5/19 to 5/11/19 and my card expires on 5/9 lol, per our attorney we should get extension letter in two weeks. So I'm just a nervous wreck and ocding over this. My husband had forgotten my expiration date on card. Unable to cancel trip now since no refund lol. Ack. Anyone with Texas service center? Thoughts?
