She also carried her proof of full vaccination (Moderna).  They didnt care.

It seems like they are making this up as they go.

Under guidance of the chinese. REFUSING to acknowledge western vaccines to make a stronger case for chinese vaccine supremacy. chinese overlords would be pissed off. sad actually.

Its rediculous b/c the same pfizer, moderna, and AZ also are available in PH to some extent.

My fiancé got a call from the embassy yesterday and did an interview over the telephone. We originally interviewed in January and got administrative processing at which point we submitted what they asked for. Yesterday the asked for some more things ie proof of relationship and info on her kids. Now we are waiting again to hear from them as we submitted that stuff today. Good luck to all. They are operating but have a Skelton crew I do believe.

That's interesting. Can you elaborate more about how that happened? Questions asked? any interview info would be interesting. Thanks!

  4. Hey Guys, got my Case number and just paid my AOS fee. Waiting to for payment to process but working on gathering the fun financial stuff. Will be submitting 2017-2019 tax returns instead of the tax transcript due to IRS not able to obtain it.  Question to you guys for those who are turning in tax returns, other than the 1040s and w2's, as part of the tax return part would you include the following worksheets/papers that was part of the submittal:

    • "Tax History Report"
    • Qualified Dividend and Capital Gains Tax Worksheet
    • Tax Payment Worksheet
    • Federal Carryover Worksheet
    • All 4 bullets above Say " Keep for your records" but wasn't necessarily submitted to the IRS with the tax return.

    Thanks!

  5. I added my wife to my health insurance plan for 2020 with the assumption she would be here this year (crosses fingers) and as part of the immigration requirements. Additionally, she can use my insurance in the Philippines as well which is good too just in case.

WHen the time comes, i will have the print out of my flex benefits with my spouse's name on it.

Congrats,  now more waiting at NVC unfortunately. We've been waiting for over a month at NVC to get AOS fees paid. System glitch or something.

Yea, our IV fee has been paid for some time now . It is the AOS fee we're waiting on. I had to call NVC and the lady said sometimes the forms get stuck depending on where they went or where they came from, or something to that effect.  She sent it to her supervisor last Wednesday and said they would create a ticket and would get things unstuck. Said it may take a couple of days. Still waiting. My attorney said there was systems issues with the payment process. They need to fix it for sure. It has been 3 weeks now.

How long did it take you to get your case number? and Did they just automatically send you a "welcome to the NVC club" email or package via mail?

    That's mostly classified. 😎

But I can tell you this right now: USCIS or Embassy, they will use any public information available, including social media, as well as any criminal database records available to any 3-letter agency, including FBI and DHS, etc. There's also the chance that they might be looking into intelligence received from other countries. So, no one really knows.

But, what are you afraid of anyway? If you're all good, then you're good right? Just saying.

If you're asking about the length of the process .. It probably takes very long because they receive thousands of requests on a daily basis and they can only handle so much. Talk about bureaucratic inter-agency relations.

THnaks! I'm just curious in general But i do appreciate the response. I've got nothing to worry about, nor does the mrs,  at least that we are aware of. But it is just concerning b/c on chronological number, i believe two numbers up and two numbers down were approved.   Im just thinking that its where my wife is from...high level of fraud.   Can i PM you my LIN#? Maybe you can find something more than i have. WE've never got transferred that i know of and have been stuck at LIN.

    Hi everyone,

There hasn't been many updates over the past two weeks, probably over holidays, and I except this to remain as slow until January 2020.

For those who want some statistics:

approx. 140 new I-129F cases received, rejected, and/or expedite request denied between Nov 7 and Dec 3.

Only 11 new I-130 cases received between Nov 7 and Dec 3.

Only the following cases have been updated:

    LIN1990554603 - Form I-129F - Received:06/26/2019    Denied:11/25/2019
    LIN2090062627 - Form I-129F - Received:10/21/2019    RFE Response Received:11/30/2019
    LIN1990598456 - Form I-129F - Received:07/22/2019    Denied:12/3/2019
    LIN1990712332 - Form I-129F - Received:09/19/2019    Denied:12/3/2019

As you can see, there's no specific order to processing still.

    Hope to see more soon.

    Thanks for this!!

I'm really curious to see the breakdown of which countries are approved faster than others. Does that stat exist or does that open a pandoras box?
