No doubt. My biggest worry is finding a new job, and hoping I’m not too rusty on my skills. To be honest, I don’t remember a thing, but I just have to convince someone to give me a job and I’ll pick it back up. 😂

Depressing. I’m in the same boat. I’ve reached my limit and am so frustrated now. It’s just not fair to not give the EAD in their time frames when we are all eligible to receive it. 

Alright, a couple questions tho - what exactly do you think caused this RFE if current income is above the guideline?
 
From what I was thinking it could of been a couple of things, as the post above stated, them wanting to see stability, or maybe because I didn't send in the official IRS verification letter for non-file, just a hand-written explanation as why not having to file due to not high enough income those years?
 
The other question I have is the signature on the joint sponsors I-864 requires just the one signature of the sponsor, but I will be using my father, but on his Tax Transcript there will be both my father & mother, is just the one signature good?  Just making sure there is no room for error as both names being on tax transcript then the one signature on the joint sponsor I-864

I have no data available or further information. It was based on few post i read here which suggests few RFIE was send out october and they were responded and some update i was seen during this week. so Just my assumption. n my hope that next step will be case ready for interview, again assumption and hope. 

My brother did both Attestation and age declaration at NPC and went to high court do the affidavit of support (him and my dad).  
Here are thing you need:
1. Attestation of birth from NPC (Surulere)
2. Age declaration from NPC (Surulere)
3. Two affidavits of support from any two members of your family older than you from high court (Ikeja)
I sent those three things with bc issued at birth as response to my RFIE

That is all I sent to them (Attestation of birth, Age declaration, two affidavits, Lagos state birth certificate issued at birth and baptismal certificate). It wasn't my parents that went, my brother did he asked them that he needs bc for me and they showed him what to do. I can't remember how much it cost but it wasn't expensive, he went and got it same day. So I'll suggest that your family go early because of the waiting.
 

Good for you cata. I am in Boston  filed Sept. 16th and I am feeling  down now as I woke up to a notification  for REF. I am waiting  to get the REF in the mail but this will put my case on hold.😭😭
