AMS13 got a reaction from Keld in All Nebraska I-130 Filers -- Part 6
    UPDATE:
    Following up ... :
    15.67% in Jan.
    33.89% in Feb.
    41.88% in Mar.
    81.80% in Apr.
    95.13% in May.
    73.41% in Jun.
From this, you might think that the order of focus is April, March, Feb, Jan, and June. But this is WRONG
However, the amount of actual processing (number of cases) was so HUGE for cases from June, March and April .. compared to Jan and Feb.
Of course, there are cases approved from 2018 too. But I never mention these anymore.

    Thanks @TBoneTX.
    UPDATE:
Yesterday's yield was one of the highest case processing, and more so for approvals. Actually, I've never seen so many approvals in one day, except once!
Anyway, good news for everyone I hope .. will post some statistics later.

Yes, there is. For green card holders filing for their spouses .. does that apply to you? or did you mark this in your petition by mistake? Check if you have copies.
However, if the answer is NO to both questions, and you're sure 100% of this clear error, then you are qualified for an expedite based on the grounds of a "clear USCIS error". All you have to do is call USCIS, confirm the transfer to CSC, and IF this is the case, then directly and immediately ask to expedite the case and mention this category and explain the situation .. you don't even have to convince the officer on the call.
Let us know how it goes.

    UPDATE:
Transfers: 1000+ cases in May, and 100+ in April, just today. If your case is one of them, call USCIS and find out to where, and let us know.
Processing focus: April and March are almost equal in attention (82%+ for both). (Ends of) Feb. and Jan. took less than 5-10%.
EDIT: Apparently May and June were involved too - although not much processing in June.

    NSC only.
April is already being processed as I mentioned previous posts.

    UPDATE:
Following up from last week's update ... current statistics are:
    17.40% in Jan.
    37.20% in Feb.
    51.40% in Mar.
    92.60% in Apr.
    95.50% in May.
    75.90% in Jun.
    * May has the highest of cases received, even more than June, and hence the highest yield.
    * March has the highest processing, followed by Feb and Jan. Although it has been noticed that the processing in Jan and Feb are in decline, however, March is steadily processing.
    * I-129F denials seem to be associated with I-130 approvals thus far.
    * The overall rate at which cases are being processed per day has noticeably increased, although not by a lot, but should also help get rid of high yields in months like March, May, and June.
    * I except processing for Jan and Feb to quickly finish within the next 1-3 months max.
    * I also except the recent transfers to be quickly processed.

    UPDATE:
April & May have entered the picture with force: almost 200 cases were processed in April, and almost 2000 cases transferred from May alone.
Processing of March cases, and anything before that really, has decreased dramatically.
    Will post percentages later.

I always try to be as accurate as possible as not give false hopes. I also think your I-130 case is the one ending in 16, right? .
    Congratulations!

    UPDATE:
Hey guys, 1000+ cases from April have been either approved or transferred, or just processed.
Jan and beginning of Feb were almost completely ignored yesterday.
March is still on the rise.

Np. It's really nothing specific. The dates varied greatly: from March until December.

I'm very busy these days in case I don't respond as fast. But I'm keeping an eye out.
If anything exciting happens, I will let you guys know .

If these were IOE, then I really cannot help at this point.
All I know if the dates are updating is that it's really good and they're working on your case, like your background checks were completed, etc.
