It is a little confusing since there are two things to fill out: a profile and a timeline.
Congratulations!
Thanks! 🤗

You just have to complete your profile, under Immigration Info. It's part of the timeline.
Seeing your country's flag just makes it easier for everyone to know where you are (applying) from. Which, in turn, helps us help you if or when you have a country/embassy/consulate specific question.
Okay got it. I thought I did all of that already. I guess it's not the same thing. I will fix it ASAP. Thanks!

Okay well I will look into it later today but I have included all the information I impossibly can; dates, names, consulate, state, etc.

@Greenbaum please take a look at my profile! I have completed it and I told you this before.

I am so sorry! I know you're probably stressed out right now. I hope you're able to fix your packet and send it out back ASAP! Did you suspect you guys did something wrong?
Curious question though, you mentioned on Sunday that you didn't receive any NOA1/text/email so how were you able to retrieve that information from the website about your case if you didn't get the case #? Did they cash your check?

Huh, biometrics? I am the petitioner that filed form I-129F.

So we haven't receive our NOA1 but found the case number at the back of the checks.
I am tracking it but these two websites are giving me different dates. The first one is from https://my.uscis.gov/ and the second is https://egov.uscis.gov
Which would be the correct one?
Congratulations my friend! I am so happy for you!

Even after reading over the I-129F form a million times. I still forgot to answer the question that asked " Does your beneficiary have any children?" What should I do? Please Help me!

Then you should be dancing in the streets. Singing a song from the roof tops. You HAVE NOTHING TO BE CONCERNED WITH!!! Take a deep breath and let it out as a sigh of relief as you do not have to worry how this is going to affect your application. Your going to be OK.
Thank You!!!!!! 🥂

If you are running for the law on this issue then yes the background check will reveal this. But if this is between you and the hospital no problem.
I am not running from the law nor am I ignoring the bill. I actually just paid it off. ☺️☺️

All true but in these times where they are looking for reasons to deny folks. I would not want to give them any additional reasons to deny and or scrutinize me.
Precisely why I am petrified! I don't know what to do now. 😭😭

I don't think that your outstanding medical debt will affect your I-129F petition or K-1 Visa application because the I-134 does not require you to disclose your debt. However, the I-944 does but that is not a required document at the moment.

Also, thank you @Soon To Be Mrs. T for the checklist url. I am putting the envelope together tomorrow. I don't wanna forget anything.

Hi @Soon To Be Mrs. T thanks for your quick response but what about in terms of background checking?

Hi all! I have a question: I am a US citizen petitioning for my fiancé using the K1 visa, would the fact that I may owe a medical bill affect/prevent us from getting approved?
A few years back I visited a hospital while I had insurance, the hospital sent me a bill but I never paid it because I knew I had insurance. I left it at that & never did anything further which I'm now regretting.
I heard as a rumor having an outstanding medical bill affects the process in a way. If someone can shed some light on this it'll be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I'm sending in my application tomorrow, after that I'll complete my profile.
Sorta like a checklist to calm my nerves, does anyone mind reminding me what I need to out in the envelope?

Make a duplicate copy exactly like your packet. If you met via a dating site include the sites TOS, make sure there are TWO letters of intent signed by both of you, send the correct fee.
Thank You @Sarge2155 for your advise. We actually met in high school back in 2006. The correct fee is $535, yes? The letter can be signed, scanned to me and printed here, yes?

What form should I use for the inquiry? Thanks.
I am not sure but I believe you can do it via your USCIS account.

I agree, waiting seems to be the better option.
