Hi friends, joining this thread now.

    1. We’ve paid a lawyer to process the i129f form for us and he told us that time we should send only 5 photos from our recent meeting.

My question is Can I provide as many pictures or any other proof as I want?

What is the best thing to do in providing the proof of ongoing relationship ?

    2.   And also informed him that Lemon Grove will only be our mailing address.

What info should we include in response to this.

    Thanks in Advance

Hi, I am sorry that you have to go through this RFE process. I know how hard frustrating it is.

as for bona fide relationship, we had similar letter in regards to our relationship being genuine.

we provided additional photos with different dates,

    some receipts from going out and joint purchases with various dates and from different locations;

airline tickets and boarding passes when we met during the beginning of the relationship,

copy of the receipt for purchasing wedding rings

each of us provided a written statement of how we met and explaining how we decided to get married

updated letter of intent to marry

a written statement from a friend or relative that could prove of our bona fide relationship,

copies of emails to each other

copies of letters with stamps and dates

    phone statements

screenshots from WhatsApp chart of out texts and calls logs from different months.

any of the above you can use. make sure you cover as much as they want in the RFE letter.  You also can consult with your attorneys because each case is different.

  2. Hi, hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to get online records of my fiancé arrival to the US ( I-94), but after entering all his info results come back as " no records found". I am very confused because when checking his history  records to port of entry results show the date and POE. my question is how soon after arrival to the US electronic form I-94 available online? Thank you

Today is a big day for some as your case file may ship out to your embassy. Check CEAC for updated progress and look for "in transit"!! If that shows you are on your way. Shipments are throughout today and tomorrow so don't get discourage if your record at CEAC has not changed over to "in transit” Also, for those who want to have a little fun in tracking your shipment see the DHL hack on the first page of this thread NUMBER 19 for instructions. NOTE: The DHL hack information will not be available till Wednesday as the DHL and NVC computers must sync with each other to produce the outcome.

You have three stages 1) transit - shipment is in the air or soon will be, 2) received - physical case file is at the Embassy and 3) ready - your case is ready to schedule and complete your interview.  These will be your current state or status to your case file once you have received the case number. Once your record is set to "ready" you are ready to proceed in processing your next steps as listed in your P3 for your embassy.  I have most P3 if you hit me up with a request, I will post back the links.

Please don't screenshot and post your CEAC status as it just clutters up the thread. We all know what it looks like. Let us know your progress as we want to celebrate with you. Good luck.

Hi Greenbaum, do you have a checklist for P3 for Kazakhstan?

    Thank you in advance

    hello guys!

I just got my RFE in the mail and it was for the 2 year requirement meeting. I’ve sent USCIS many pictures and all of our pictures together from our many visits. What I’m going to include:

    - passport stamps of both our passports to show we were at the same place at the same time

    - flight itineraries for when we both visited each other

    - many more additional pictures of us together in each other’s countries

They’ve asked to add letters but we don’t really send letters and communicate through text and FaceTime. What other proof can I add?  Appreciate all the help

For our RFE we sent to USCIS screenshots of call logs and text messages with various dates

Here is a link to a good explanation on what to use to answer your "relationship requirements" from an RFE.

    https://www.visatutor.com/i-129f-evidence-of-meeting/

I-134 if not requested in the RFE is not supplied at this time. As you said, only at the interview is the I-134 needed.

Thank you very much. I mailed my RFE response. Even though we had enough proof of relationship requirements in initial package, I sent more proof with RFE. I-134 I didn't include. Instead, I included proof of employment, IRS transcript, some paystubs and other financial docs. Hope it will work.

  6. Hi. NEED HELP!  I got RFE at the end of May on the ground that USCiS is concerned that our relationship is genuine:( and asking to provide proof of bona fide relationship along with evidence of financial support. I am confused because in my initial package I mailed all evidence of 6 trips that I made within 15 months period to visit my fiancé. What else should I send them? another question is for providing Evidence of financial support. Do I have to submit Affidavit of Financial support form I-134? As far as I can understand Affidavit is required only for interview?
