Interview is scheduled for June 3rd. Medical is scheduled for this Friday. Almost there. 

Status has been updated to In Transit as of 30 minutes ago, checked few times this morning and it said at NVC.

We are almost there folks.

Nek on vidi sa advokatom sta treba dalje da se radi. 

Za razgovor neznam, kad dobijes case # I kad posalju za ambasadu, ja mislim da onda mozes napravit termin za ljekarski I za razgovor. 

Ja nisam preko advokata isao. Ja sam sve sam. Nek slobodno nazove. Ako treba mogu I ja nazvat za vas, nije nikakav problem. Pola sata posla. 

Znam kako ti je, I mi cekamo od decembra sve. Moja zivi u bosni, u gracanici. 

Kad dobijes case # onda salju za Sarajevo. Sad ce opet da salju Maja 14-og. 

Zar nemoze on nazvat da provjerit sve? 

Trebat ce 3-7 Dana da dodje do ambasada. Ti ces morat ici na ljekarski prije razgovora. Trebat ce ti papir iz Doma zdravlja da pokaze koje si vakcine primila do sad. 

A tvoj ti treba poslat affidavit of support. Papir od posla da je zaposljen. Papir sto pokazuje zadnji nekoliko Plata od posla. Trebat ce mu da posalje zadnje dvije godine sto je radio porez (tax).  I treba da ispuni ds160. 

Mislim da je to sve. 

I meni je privi put da ovo sve radim pa Citam ovdje sta treba od prilike. 

Nadam se da ce ovo malo pomoc. 

Meni nisu nikad poslali email.

Ja kad sam bio zvao meni su govorili da treba 8 sedmica. To oni svima kazu. 

Nebi vam bilo lose da nazovete I da vidite sta se desava. Ja imam osjecaj da ste dobili case #. ☺️

Ja sam bio zvao svaki dan da vidim jesu li dobili nase papire u NVC. Kad sam saznao da su dobili, onda sam zvao svaki dan da vidim ima li case #. 

Jeste li bi zvali NVC da vidite ima li case #. 

Case # ce da pocne sa slovima SAR. 

Cekao sam samo 7 Dana. Nije bilo dugo. 

Citao sam ovdje u April NOA2 - - - > NVC. Ja sam danas dobio NVC case #. I sad mislim da ce za dvije sedmice da posalju sve za bosnu. Ja sam u Des Moines Iowa

Just an update, got our NVC case # assigned today. 

I went to the CEAC website right away to check the status and it tells me "Invalid Application ID or Case Number.". 

Guess I will have to call them back again tomorrow to check if the person on the phone gave me the right case #. She did ask for my fiancés email address so that it can be entered into the system. 

Neznam zasto su spori u NVC. Ali citao sam danas I izgleda da su danas mnogi dobili email da su poslali danas za embassy. Kako sam citao, oni salju za embassy svake druge sedmice u utorak. Nadam se da ce moje poslati za dvije sedmice. 

Ja Sam sad u procesu. 4 mjeseca kako dam poslao i-129f.

I have been searching around but couldn't find anything. Any idea what the packet 3 looks like from my country?

NVC has not received our petition yet, last I checked was on 4/22. I will try them again on Monday.  NOA2 was on 4/9.

Exciting news everyone. Just got a text this morning stating there was action taken on our case, I logged in and it said we were approved!!!! 

NOA1: January 2nd 2019

NOA2: April 10th 2019

Everything up to the case number (NOA1, NOA2 & CN#) will be sent to the petitioner. Why, because these items are direct replys to the petitioner's submission of a bonified application for a K-1 visa. Now, When the case arrives at the Embassy then all correspondence is directed to the beneficiary.

 

If you want NVC to include her in mailings then use the information contained on the first page of this thread.

I received the text at 4:13pm central time. 

The check was cashed today.

Paid with a check and it has not been cashed as of today. 

Submitted my i129 packet on 12/26/18 to Texas, (overnight shipping) they received it on 12/27/18. I got a text today from USCIS with my receipt number.
