Good luck I heard with the Tunisia embassy you need to make sure police record is less than 30 days. I know if you go to the us embassy in Tunisia website it will show you what documents are needed. 

My is F4 and my case is current now, March 2006.

Do l have to call nvc ?

NVC will email you your case number. They will also send a physical copy to your US address. You may also call them but you might have to wait for a bit. 

They will tell you to wait 8 weeks from the time they receive your petition from USCIS but lately many members here have reported getting it around 6 weeks and one member, 5 weeks. If they only just received it on 3/15 as your timeline states, you have to give it more time. They will email you with the case number. 

I-30 does take a long time and I think that Nebraska in one of the service centers where the waiting times are really long. Just have some more patience. I know it's been a long time, but it takes time. Calling them unfortunately isn't going to help. Usually it takes 1,5 to 2 years for I-30 petitions to be completely done, but there are some quicker and some longer cases.
