    I passed the interview today! The officer told me to wait for the oath notice. However the uscis status update today till now is showing “Case is Being actively reviewed by USCIS”, bit worried about this. Is this normal?

    I asked an immigration lawyer about this saying uscis has to approve the i751 before n400. For me, they de-scheduled my n400 3 days before the interview date when they realize I have my i751 pending (why they schedule interview before figuring i751 out in the beginning is a mystery).

    Here….Baltimore office scheduled me early June then cancelled it before the interview. Having been waiting for a month and still no progress at all.

    Just got a voice message from USCIS about cancelling my n400 appointment. Unbelievable…. I am flighting back from London for this appointment with my children who I already pulled out from school for this purpose and just the night before the flight they cancelled my appointment without telling me when it will be rescheduled. I’m so frustrated now not sure whether I should just fly back and wait in US or should I cancel the flight… anyone with similar experience? I just hope they reschedule me fast and as soon as possible…

    I know it might be too early for ask since according to USCIS my case is still in normal processing time. But I submitted in November 3, 2022 with 3 year rule, my tracker still shows waiting period estimated to be 6 months away. So many people here get the appointment one-two months after submission. I’m getting jealous.
