Scheduling the interview can take 1 to 3 months. Once you pay the $265 visa fee at GTB Bank, you can go online to schedule an appointment at www.ustraveldocs.com You can get the forms online at http://nigeria.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visa_forms.html No need to go to the consulate to pick up forms. Wet signatures are no longer required for I-134 for your Nigeria interview. You are able to send in scanned documents.

@Greenbaum do i have to wait for notice from NVC to pay and schedule interview or once i know the case is at NVC and i have NVC case number can i start my process??

Honestly I wouldn't count on the websites that much anymore.

I feel like they've been sped up a little so they only send out the hard copies first,

which is more important than the website updates.

Seems not just me but others have got the hard copies before they saw any website updates.

We heard from  them  two days ago and it was a ‘silent’ approval, no application or websites or text updates
