I'm filing with my husband who is a US citizen and I'm in the UK. I'm praying that the Texas Service Center catch up soon!

Yes we received it by mail today. Now 6 to 8 weeks for nvc. You'll get yours soon. Its probably on the way.
 

I received my NOA 2 yesterday. Its happening!!. Good luck everyone!

The case tracker app. The notification was on my home screen when I woke up and I saw something like "return to normal processing times" then hit the home button and couldn't find it again 😫

Ugh...they really know how to test our patience. I am curious if any of those people who work for uscis has ever been through this process or watched a family member go through this? At this point, I’ve lost my mind pretty much that I just wonder and wonder....never EVER did I think I would have to prove to someone how real my marriage is or how much we love each eachother. 🤭

That is bizarre right?!! I understand that they need to prevent fraud, but for us whose marriage is real, having to prove our love to a third party with scrupulously collected evidence is just so forced and unnatural...

I’m looking now on uscis and it does say May 22 and estimated time range changed from 6 to 8 months to 6.5 to 8.5. WTH!!! How can we continue to remain positive when you see something like this? I just don’t understand.

It was initially showing that the Texas Center processing chart was 7th June n now I checked it's on May. Disappointed 

So I am approved!!! I contacted them they said my i130 was approved on 1/24/2019, and they sent approval notice on 1/25/2019.!!!! Now the nvc waiting game 

4 months and 8 days for us.  Rose was approved on 1/22 and AJ and Aira were approved on 1/23.  This is amazing.

We have the same PD as you on the letter, received by mail, and on one site - 09/14/2018, but on the second USCIS site the date is 09/19/2018. Don't know where's the truth🤣🤣 but hope we'll get the approval soon😊😊😊

September just had its first approval at Potomac.  They are processing September filers now.  There is still a long way to go but that is an amazing sign.
 

On a whim I went to the USCIS site and my wife was approved yesterday!  No notice via email or text but it is listed as approved on the USCIS site...131 days!!!!

Hello fellow September filers! We received the NOA1 on 09/27/2018. My husband is a USC and applied for me and our baby. I live in Canada. Our case is at the Texas SC. Impatiently waiting!!
